A pneumonia of unknown cause detected in Wuhan, China was first reported to the WHO Country Office in China on 31 December 2019. The outbreak was declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January 2020. The spread and severity of the disease is variable from one country to another. Our team as well as many reports suggested that in some countries a " Flu like illness but much worse" was described in October, November and early in December before the WHO announcement. CAPACITY (www.capacity-covid.eu) is a registry of patients with COVID-19 across Europe and has been established to answer questions on the role of cardiovascular disease in this pandemic. It is an extension of the Case Record Form (CRF) that was released by the ISARIC (International Severe Acute Respiratory and Emerging Infection Consortium) and WHO (World Health Organisation) in response to the emerging outbreak of COVID-19.

This project aims to use artificial intelligence (image discrimination) algorithms, specifically convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for scanning chest radiographs in the emergency department (triage) in patients with suspected respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, myalgia) of coronavirus infection COVID 19. The objective is to create and validate a software solution that discriminates on the basis of the chest x-ray between Covid-19 pneumonitis and influenza

In this project, the clinical diagnosis of interstitial lung diseases was carried out for the population with suspected interstitial lung diseases selected from the community cohort, and the confirmed patients were included into the existing clinical cohort of interstitial lung diseases, forming an interstitial lung diseases special disease cohort consisting of 3,000 patients and corresponding matched control groups. According to characteristics of interstitial lung disease and the needs of National Key R&D Program of China, this study will formulate unified clinical follow-up strategy to do long-term standardized clinical follow-up in patients with interstitial lung disease. The detailed information for clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as biological samples were collected to identify disease phenotype and build the database and biological sample library for interstitial lung disease cohort study. This study aims to provide evidence for molecular classification, screening and validation of biomarkers as well as precise diagnosis and prevention in patients with interstitial lung disease.

The aim of the project is to better understand the Covid-19 inpatient course of the disease and to quickly identify the positive experiences in the treatment in order to update guidelines for the treatment and use of medication.

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia makes several changes in daily living. The Indonesian government suggests that everyone should stay at home by implements the work from home and school from home. Therefore, the issues related with Covid-19 are also worrying such as death because of the infection, virus transmission, doing everything from home such as Friday praying for Moslem, Sunday service at home, etc. People is anxious whenever meeting people because they are not really understand whether people is infected or not. Therefore, this study tries to identify the impact of Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia towards mental well-being of the community.
