Continuous Clopidogrel Dose Adjustment in Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients With High On-treatment...
Acute Coronary SyndromeThe purpose of this study is to determine whether continuous clopidogrel dose adjustment targeted after platelet function testing improves outcomes during 12 months of follow-up in acute coronary syndrome patients treated with coronary artery stenting and with determined high platelet reactivity on clopidogrel.

Genotype Guided Versus Conventional Approach in Selection of Oral P2Y12 Receptor Blocker in Chinese...
Acute Coronary SyndromeThis study aims to compare the outcome between genotype guided versus clinical guided approach in selection of oral P2Y12 receptor blocker in Chinese patients suffering from acute coronary syndrome.

High Intensity Lipid Lowering Following Acute Coronary Syndromes for Persons Living With HIV
HIV InfectionCoronary Heart DiseaseHILLCLIMBER is a randomized, controlled, open-label phase II trial of moderate dose statin therapy (pravastatin 40mg daily) versus high-dose statin therapy (rosuvastatin 20-40mg daily) in HIV-infected persons taking antiretroviral therapy (ART) who have coronary heart disease (CHD).

HARMONEE - Japan-USA Harmonized Assessment by Randomized, Multi-Center Study of OrbusNEich's Combo...
Coronary ArteriosclerosisNon ST Segment Elevation Acute Coronary SyndromeThis is a multi-center, single-blind, randomized, active-controlled, clinical trial in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) subjects. Subjects will be randomized to receive the Combo stent as the investigational treatment arm or an Everolimus Eluting Stent (EES) as the active-control arm.

Comparison Between Atorvastatin and Rosuvastatin in Reduction of Inflammatory Biomarkers in Patients...
Mi Q WaveThis study will help us to compare atorvastatin and rosuvastatin in terms of their ability to reduce biomarkers of inflammation in patients of acute coronary syndrome

Optical Coherence Tomography in Acute Coronary Syndrome
Acute Coronary SyndromeSTEMI - ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction3 moreThe OPTICO-ACS- study program - combining for the first time in vivo characterization of the ACS-causing "culprit lesion" by intracoronary imaging technique with optical coherence tomography (OCT) and molecular analysis of immune-cells derived from the culprit coronary thrombus and biochemical analyses in patients with acute-coronary-syndrome (ACS).

MAGnesium-based Bioresorbable Scaffold in ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Acute Coronary SyndromeST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction1 moreThis is a prospective, randomized, active control, single-blind, non-inferiority, multicenter clinical trial. 148 subjects will be registered at up to 10 Spanish sites. Subjects will be followed for 5 years. All eligible patients (STEMI < 12 hours from onset of chest pain) will be randomized to Biotronik MAGMARISTM Sirolimus Eluting Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold System (M-BRS) or Biotronik ORSIRO Sirolimus Eluting Coronary Stent System Endothelium-independent vasomotor response (NTG injection) will be analyzed at 12 months angiographic follow-up (Primary endpoint). In a subgroup of 40 patients Optical Coherence Tomography will be performed after the procedure and at 12 months follow-up. Angiographic (QCA pre- and post-procedure and at 12 months follow-up), OCT data (at 12 months follow-up) will be analyzed off-line by an independent core lab.

Strut Coverage With SYNERGY Stents and Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold in Acute Myocardial Infarction...
Acute Coronary SyndromeTo assess strut coverage in patients presenting an acute myocardial infarction and treated either with the SYNERGY stent or the Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold, through a parallel group design.

Influence of Brief Supportive Psychotherapy on Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events, Neutrophil-lymphocytes...
Acute Coronary SyndromeBrief Supportive Psychotherapy1 moreThere was no MACE in both groups, but there was stroke-major adverse vascular event lower in brief supportive psychotherapy group. There was neutrophil-lymphocytes ratio change better in brief supportive psychotherapy group and significantly in acute coronary syndrome patients without chronic heart failure or coronary arterial disease, also there was psychological symptom (depression) change better in brief supportive psychotherapy and significantly in acute coronary syndrome patients with chronic heart failure or coronary arterial disease.

Piloting Text Messages to Promote Positive Affect and Physical Activity
Acute Coronary SyndromeThe focus of the study is to assess the feasibility and acceptability of a pilot one-arm project delivering text messages related to positive psychology (PP) activities (e.g., recalling positive events) and health behavior text messages (e.g. having a heart-healthy diet, becoming more physically active). The messages will be sent for 4 weeks among patients with a prior acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
