Mojito Study (Mashed Or Just Integral Pill of TicagrelOr ? )

Acute Coronary SyndromeAdverse Reaction to Antiplatelet Agent

The aim of the Mashed Or Just Integral pill of TicagrelOr (MOJITO) study is to evaluate the superiority of Ticagrelor 180 mg LD mashed pill versus Ticagrelor 180 mg LD integral pill both orally administrated in decreasing residual platelet reactivity 1 hour after the administration among 70 patients with STEMI (ST segment elevation myocardial infarction) undergoing PPCI (primary percutaneous coronary intervention) with bivalirudin monotherapy.

Neointimal Coverage After Implantation of Biolimus Eluting Stent With Biodegradable Polymer: Optical...

Stable Angina or Acute Coronary Syndrome Considered for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention With Dyslipidemia or Hypertension

There has been little research on neointimal coverage and malapposition after BES implantation using OCT in human coronary artery. Furthermore, specific drug may possibly influence the vascular healing after stent implantation. Therefore, this study will investigate 1) neointimal coverage and malapposition on OCT after BES versus SES implantation and 2) relationship of specific drug treatment and neointimal coverage or late malapposition by the prospective, randomized study.

Early Aggressive Versus Initially Conservative Therapy in Elderly Patients With Non-ST-Elevation...

Acute Coronary Syndrome

A randomized study comparing an early aggressive with an initially conservative strategy in patients >74 y.o. with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome. This study had generated a secondary one: "Causes of death in elderly patients with Non-ST-Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome; predictors of in-hospital and follow-up death"

A Trial of Trans-radial Versus Trans-femoral Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) Access Site...

Acute Coronary SyndromePercutaneous Coronary Intervention

This is a multi-national, multi-centre, randomized study comparing the trans-radial PCI access strategy and the trans-femoral PCI access strategy in ACS patients with UA or NSTEMI or STEMI planned to be treated with an invasive strategy (PCI). The hypothesis is that radial access site PCI will be associated with significantly less major bleeding and access site complications compared with a femoral approach, without increasing the risk of ischemic events. The overall benefit-risk profile will favor a trans-radial approach.

Acute Coronary SyndromesAcute Myocardial Infarction1 more

The investigators hypothesized that complementary intracoronary streptokinase administration to primary percutaneous intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction may provide limitation infarct size and improvement in left ventricular volumes and function in acute and late phases (6 months).

Acute Coronary Syndrome

This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, cross-over study to compare the pharmacodynamic response in subjects with Acute Coronary Syndrome receiving a 10-mg maintenance dose (MD) of prasugrel compared with a 150-mg maintenance dose of clopidogrel, following a 900-mg loading dose (LD) of clopidogrel.

European Ambulance Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) Angiography Trial

Acute Coronary Syndrome

To show that the early administration of bivalirudin improves 30 day outcomes when compared to the current standard of care in participants with ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (STE-ACS), intended for a primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) management strategy, presenting either via ambulance or to centers where PCI is not performed.

Comparative Pharmacokinetics of YH14659

Acute Coronary Syndrome

The objective of this study is to compare pharmacokinetics after single oral administration of 2 capsules of YH14659, a fixed-dose combination of clopidogrel and aspirin developed by Yuhan Corporation versus co-administration of Plavix (clopidogrel) and Astrix (aspirin) in healthy male volunteers.

Acute Myocardial InfarctionUnstable Angina

The EMERALD II study is a multinational, multicenter, and retrospective study. ACS patients who underwent CCTA from 1 months to 3 years prior to the event will be retrospectively identified. Plaques in the non-culprit vessels will be regarded as a primary control group.
