Sapanisertib and Nivolumab for the Treatment of Stage I-IV Non-small Cell Lung Cancer in Patients...
Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaRecurrent Lung Non-Small Cell Carcinoma11 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects of sapanisertib and nivolumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage I-IV non-small cell lung cancer whose disease got worse on previous PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor therapy. Sapanisertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving sapanisertib and nivolumab may help to control the disease.

Poziotinib and Ramucirumab for the Treatment of EGFR Exon 20 Mutant Stage IV Non-small Cell Lung...
Metastatic Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaStage IV Lung Cancer AJCC v82 moreThis phase II trial tests whether poziotinib and ramucirumab work to shrink tumors in patients with EGFR Exon 20 gene mutant stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. Poziotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving poziotinib and ramucirumab may help to control the disease.

Abscopal Effect for Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.
Non-small Cell Lung CancerMetastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer2 morePatients with Non-small cell lung cancer that had metastatic lesions after been treated with definitive surgery or chemoradiotherapy are being asked to participate in this study. To observe immunity-mediated tumor response outside the radiation field (abscopal effect) after chemoradiotherapy of a metastatic site in metastatic Non-small cell lung cancer patients. To induce the efficacy (effectiveness) of a new combination of therapy, chemoradiotherapy and thymalfasin for heavily pretreated, metastatic Non-small cell lung cancer patients; To explore the role of PET/CT scanning to assess tumor response/abscopal effect. This study will help find out what abscopal effects (good or bad) the combination of radiotherapy and thymalfasin has on metastatic Non-small cell lung cancer.

Lung CancerNon-Small Cell Lung CancerThis is a study of experimental medication BMS-986205 given with Nivolumab with or without chemotherapy compared to chemotherapy in participants with previously untreated stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer.

PD-L1 Imaging in Non Small Cell Lung Cancer' (PINNACLE)
Non Small Cell Lung CancerIn this feasibility study, a zirconium-89 (89Zr)-avelumab positron emission tomography (PET) scan will be performed in 37 patients prior to treatment with avelumab to: assess the tumor and systemic tissue uptake 89Zr-avelumab assess the potential to predict avelumab treatment response

18F-FSPG PET/CT for Cancer Patients on Therapy
B-Cell NeoplasmEstrogen Receptor Negative14 moreThe goal of this phase 2 study trial is to evaluate the utility of the radiolabel 18F-FSPG used before and after treatment to diagnose, predict, and evaluate response to therapy in patients with a wide variety of metastatic cancers.
