Participants will be asked to perform respiratory exercises described at once in hospital at home regularly. Control group will comprised children with asthma without respiratory exercises.

Asthma

Asthma is a multifactorial and chronic inflammatory disease in older patients affecting many people worldwide with high cost of pharmacological treatment and physiotherapy interventions. It is characterized by a variety of symptoms including airway inflammation, bronchial hyper-responsiveness, and transient and reversible airway obstruction. Typical clinical features include wheezing, coughing, resting and/or exertional dyspnea, and chest tightness. Lung hyperinflation affects ability to inspire and increases the work of breathing. Long and short acting corticosteroids and leukotriene are considered effective pharmacological interventions while inspiratory muscle training, incentive spirometry, purse lip breathing, and diaphragm strengthening are considered effective physiotherapy interventions for asthma patients. To find the combined effects of diaphragm strengthening and accessory muscle stretching on chest expansion, pulmonary function, dyspnea and exercise capacity in asthmatic patients. A randomized controlled trial will be conducted at Gulab Davi teaching Hospital Lahore through convenient sampling technique on 40 patients which will be allocated through concealed opaque envelop into Group A and Group Pretreatment values of pulmonary function and chest expansion will be recorded. And patient's perception of exertion through Modified Borg's rating of perceived exertion (RPE) and HRQOL for quality of life will be assessed before and after treatment. Group A will be treated with diaphragm strengthening and Group B will be treated with diaphragm strengthening and accessory muscles stretching. Treatment evaluation will be done after 4 weeks. Data will be analyzed using SPSS software version 25. After assessing normality of data by Shapiro-Wilk test, it will be decided either parametric or non-parametric test will be use within a group or between two groups.

This is a Phase 1b study of participants with Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). The purpose of this study is to identify an optimized lymphodenpletion (LD) regimen by evaluating standard and intermediate doses of Fludarabine (Flu) / Cyclophosphamide (Cy) with or without a fixed dose of total lymphoid irradiation (TLI) in the setting of standard of care CAR T cell therapy.

In this single-center, single-arm,prospective, open-label, phase 1/2 study, the safety and efficacy of autologous CD70 targeted chimeric antigen receptor modified T (CAR-T) cell therapy will be evaluated in patients with CD70 antigen positive Relapsed/Refractory Lymphoma . In this clinical trial, at least 12 eligible patients in dose escalation period will be enrolled to receive 3 doses of CD70-CAR cell therapy according to the "3+3" principle. In dose expansion period, additional at most 21 eligible patients will be enrolled to receive CD70-CAR-T cell therapy at dose of recommended phase 2 dose(RP2D).

Recurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaRefractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

This early phase I clinical trial evaluates bridging radiation therapy given before chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell infusion to treat large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) that has come back (relapsed) or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Patients with relapsed or refractory disease have historically poor prognosis. CAR T-cell therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T-cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T-cells are taken from a patient's blood (leukapheresis). Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a certain protein on the patient's cancer cells is added to the T-cells in the laboratory. The special receptor is called a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). Large numbers of the CAR T-cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion for treatment of certain cancers. While the outcomes from CAR T-cell therapy appear favorable, in the time between leukapheresis and CAR T-cell infusion many patients have symptomatic or life-threatening disease which often requires bridging therapy. Bridging therapy aims to slow disease progression and control symptoms during this critical period prior to CAR T-cell infusion. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells. Giving bridging radiation therapy to patients with relapsed or refractory LBCL prior to CAR T-cell infusion may improve treatment outcomes with minimal toxicity.
