Multiple MyelomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, and tolerability of belantamab mafodotin monotherapy in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM) participants with impaired hepatic function and in matched RRMM participants with normal hepatic function.

The Safety and Efficacy of Ibrutinib in Refractory/Relapsed Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

VR-CAP in the First-line Treatment for Patients With Marginal Zone Lymphoma
Marginal Zone LymphomaThis is a prospective single arm, multi-center, phase II clinical trial to observe the efficacy and safety of VR-CAP (Bortezomib and Rituximab-Cyclophosphamide, Epirubicin and Prednisone) in the first-line treatment for patients with marginal zone lymphoma.

Pembrolizumab and Radiotherapy for Patients With NK/T Cell Lymphoma
LymphomaExtranodal NK-T-CellAim of the trial is to evaluate the activity and tolerability of the anti PD1 agent Pembrolizumab in combination with RadioTherapy for the initial treatment of previously untreated patients with limited stage NK/T cell lymphoma who are not eligible to chemotherapy. It is planned to enroll 30 patients in chinese sites. All eligible patients will be treated with standard radiotherapy and concurrent pembrolizumab administered intravenously every 3 weeks. After 6 cycles of pembrolizumab patients with complete remission, partial response and stable disease will continue with pembrolizumab maintenance up to 2 years. Patients will be followed up to 4 years from treatment start.

Centrally Acting ACE Inhibition in SLE
Systemic Lupus ErythematosusSLE is a chronic autoimmune disease that often involves multiple systems and organs of the body. An autoimmune disease is one which your immune system attacks the cells and tissues in different parts of the body. SLE is characterized by inflammation that leads to tissue damage in many different organ systems. Lupus can cause fever, joint pains, rashes, and other symptoms. It can also affect organs such as the skin, the muscles, the kidneys, the heart, the lungs, the blood and the brain. The exact cause of SLE is not known. Problems with memory and concentration are common in lupus; these problems are called cognitive problems. Cognitive problems can be caused by things like depression, fatigue, medication and infections. However, previous studies that have been done in animal models of lupus and in lupus patients suggest that inflammation due to lupus can affect the brain directly. This research study is being done to test the effects of centrally-acting ACE inhibitor, named lisinopril, on resting metabolism in the brain and on cognitive function. The investigators will see if Lisinopril will decrease resting metabolism in the brain and improve cognitive function (memory and concentration) compared to a non-centrally acting ACE inhibitor called benazepril.

Nivolumab in Combination With Chemo-Immunotherapy for the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Primary Mediastinal...
Primary Mediastinal Large B-Cell LymphomaThis phase III trial compares the effects of nivolumab with chemo-immunotherapy versus chemo-immunotherapy alone in treating patients with newly diagnosed primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Treatment for PMBCL involves chemotherapy combined with an immunotherapy called rituximab. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Giving nivolumab with chemo-immunotherapy may help treat patients with PMBCL.
