DETERMINE Trial Treatment Arm 01: Alectinib in Adult, Teenage/Young Adults (TYA) and Paediatric...
Solid TumorHaematological Malignancy9 moreThis clinical trial is looking at a drug called alectinib. Alectinib is approved as standard of care treatment for adult patients with certain types of lung cancer. This means it has gone through clinical trials and been approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK. Alectinib works in lung cancer patients with a particular mutation in their cancer known as ALK. Investigators now wish to find out if it will be useful in treating patients with other cancer types which have the same mutation. If the results are positive, the study team will work with the NHS and the Cancer Drugs Fund to see if these drugs can be routinely accessed for patients in the future. This trial is part of a trial programme called DETERMINE. The programme will also look at other anti-cancer drugs in the same way, through matching the drug to rare cancer types or ones with specific mutations.
MIH and Hypersensitivity in Children
Dentin SensitivityMolar Incisor HypomineralizationThe aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of the association of casein phosphopeptide plus amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACPF) mousse and photo-bio-modulation therapy (PMBT) (diode laser, RAFFAELLO 980 BIO - Dental Medical Technologies - DMT S.r.l.) in the treatment of dental hypersensitivity (DH) in children with Molar Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH) . Children aged 6-14 years with hypersensitive teeth were randomized into 3 groups. Group A received the application of CPP-ACPF mousse (GC MI Paste®) and sham light therapy; group B got the application of placebo mousse (Elmex Junior®) and PMBT; group C received both CPP-ACPF mousse and PMBT.
A Study to Investigate Subcutaneous Isatuximab in Combination With Carfilzomib and Dexamethasone...
Relapsed/Refractory Multiple MyelomaThe main purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy (Myeloma response) of subcutaneous (SC) isatuximab treatment in combination with carfilzomib and dexamethasone in adult participants with RRMM having received 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy. After confirmation of the feasibility of SC isatuximab by manual administration, patient will be randomized to 1 of the 2 delivery method of SC isatuximab.
Association Between Periodontitis and the Level of Anti-citrullinated Protein Antibodies in Rheumatoid...
Periodontal DiseasesRheumatoid Arthritisthe relationship between rheumatoid arthritis and periodontal disease is crucial and has been explained via a complex interplay of genetic, environmental, and hormonal factors that influence the host immune tolerance leading to both disease characteristics. The aim of this study is to clinically investigate the correlation between the levels of anti-citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPAs) in gingival crevicular fluid before and after non-surgical periodontal treatment and the severity of periodontal disease and rheumatoid arthritis in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients

Pulmonary SarcoidosisA phase 1b/2 study of XTMAB-16 in patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis
Phase 2 Study of AFM13 in Combination With AB-101 in Subjects With R/R HL and CD30+ PTCL
Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin LymphomaPeripheral T Cell LymphomaAFM13-203 is a phase 2, open-label, multi-center, multi-cohort study with a safety run-in followed by expansion cohorts. The study is evaluating the safety and efficacy of AFM13 in combination with AB-101 in subjects with R/R classical HL and CD30-positive PTCL.
A Phase III Trial Comparing Tisagenlecleucel to Standard of Care (SoC) in Adult Participants With...
Follicular Lymphoma (FL)This trial will compare tisagenlecleucel to standard of care in adult participants with relapsed or refractory (r/r) follicular lymphoma.
Home-based Action Observation Treatment With Virtual-reality for Arm Rehabilitation in People With...
Multiple SclerosisAction Observation Treatment (AOT) is a rehabilitative strategy which has been proposed as a promising approach to improve motor performance in neurological conditions, including multiple sclerosis (MS). In this clinical trial, the investigators aim to explore the role of a home-based AOT with virtual reality (VR) in improving upper limb motor function in people with MS (PwMS). The objectives are: To compare the effects of home-based VR-AOT versus VR-landscape observation (LO) on upper limb motor performance; To measure brain network functional changes (functional plasticity) and structural variations of gray matter (GM) and white matter (WM) (structural plasticity) using advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques following VR-AOT and VR-LO; To study the correlations between MRI changes and clinical improvements and the predictors of VR-AOT efficacy. All participants will undergo treatment sessions for 3 weeks (5 consecutive days/week, total=15 sessions lasting 30 minutes each). Those in the VR-AOT group will observe, imagine and execute two upper limb motor tasks in each session. Those in the VR-LO group will perform the same tasks, but they will observe inanimate landscapes beforehand instead.
Evaluation of Lymphodepletion With ALLO-647 in Adults With R/R Large B Cell Lymphoma Receiving ALLO-501A...
Relapsed/Refractory Large B Cell LymphomaThe purpose of the EXPAND study is to assess the safety and clinical efficacy of ALLO-647 combined with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide compared to fludarabine and cyclophosphamide alone in a lymphodepletion regimen prior to ALLO-501A CAR T therapy in adults with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma
