Comparing the Addition of an Anti-Cancer Drug, Pomalidomide, to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia Post Cytotoxic Therapy4 moreThis phase II trial studies the effect of adding pomalidomide to usual chemotherapy treatment (daunorubicin and cytarabine liposome) in treating patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia with myelodysplastic syndrome-related changes. Pomalidomide may stop the growth of blood vessels, stimulate the immune system, and kill cancer cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as daunorubicin and cytarabine liposome, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Adding pomalidomide to chemotherapy treatment with daunorubicin and cytarabine liposome may be effective in improving some treatment outcomes in patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia with myelodysplastic syndrome-related changes.

Study of Perioperative Chemotherapy Combined With Tislelizumab and Trastuzumab in the Treatment...
Stomach CancerPerioperative chemotherapy improves overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) compared with surgery alone in patients with resectable gastric adenocarcinoma (GA) or gastro-oesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (GEJA). The addition of tislelizumab and trastuzumab to chemotherapy improves outcomes in patients with HER2-positive advanced gastric cancer (GC), and the investigators aimed to explore its role in the perioperative setting.

Tailored Sonidegib Schedule After Complete Response in BCC
Locally Advanced Basal Cell CarcinomaAdult patients with locally advanced BCC, not amenable to surgical treatment and who obtained a complete response (CR) to Hedgehog inhibitors are administered a tailored schedule of the study drug. The tailored schedule consists of a change in the time of drug assumption. It implements some weeks of assumption and some weeks of suspension of sonidegib rather than a continuous administration.

Dose-Escalated Spine SbRT for Localized Metastasis to the Spinal Column
Spine MetastasesMetastasis SpineThis study is being done to determine the feasibility and tolerability of a novel regimen of spine stereotactic radiosurgery (SSRS). SSRS delivers high doses of radiation to tumors of the spine using precision techniques. In standard medical care, conventional SSRS is delivered in only 1 or 2 treatments. When this treatment is delivered in only 1-2 treatments, a high dose is used which can increase the side effects of treatment. This study aims to test an alternative technique of delivering SSRS over 5 treatments. By delivering the radiation therapy over multiple treatments, the dose of radiation is less per treatment.

Window Trial to Evaluate Molecular Response to PI3K Inhibition With Copanlisib in r/r Adult B-cell...
LeukemiaAcute LymphocyticThis study will provide an evaluation of biologic markers of leukemia cell response following a single dose of copanlisib prior to any salvage induction therapy in a projected cohort of 10 relapsed/refractory B-ALL patients.

Trametinib Combined With Everolimus and Lenvatinib for Recurrent/Refractory Advanced Solid Tumors...
Solid TumorAdult1 moreTo study the clinical effect of Trametinib combined with Everolimus and Lenvatinib in the treatment of Recurrent/Refractory advanced solid tumors.

Catumaxomab in Patients With Non-Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer Who Have Failed or Are Intolerant...
Bladder CancerA Multicenter, Non-randomized, Uncontrolled, Open-label Phase I/II study to Observe the Safety and Preliminary Efficacy of Catumaxomab in Patients with Non-Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer who have Failed or are Intolerant to Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) Vaccine

Basket Trial Exploring the Efficacy and Safety of the Combination of Niraparib and Dostarlimab
Urothelial Bladder CancerGastric Adenocarcinoma6 moreTreatment will consist of a PARP inhibitor (niraparib) monotherapy priming period (cycle 0; 21 days); an anti-PD-1 antibody (Dostarlimab ; TSR-042) will then be added from C1D1 every 21 days in combination for the first 4 cycles, and then every 42 days. Disease will be assessed every 2 cycles (6 weeks) from C3D1 by CT-scan (or MRI or bone scan, if relevant). Patients still under treatment after 1 year may have tumor evaluation spaced out every 3 cycles

Phase Ⅱ Trial of Camrelizumab in Patients Without Distant Metastasis Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Disease-free Survival RateTo see the effect if a combination of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with Camrelizumab followed by chemoradiotherapy in treating patients without distant metastasis nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Lenvatinib, Pembrolizumab, and Paclitaxel for Treatment of Recurrent Endometrial, Epithelial Ovarian,...
Platinum-Resistant Fallopian Tube CarcinomaPlatinum-Resistant Ovarian Carcinoma5 moreThis phase II clinical trial studies the effect of lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and paclitaxel in treating patients with endometrial, epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has come back (recurrent). While all 3 study drugs are FDA approved, and 2-drug combinations have been studied, the 3- drug combination has not been studied yet. The investigators believe that the addition of pembrolizumab to weekly paclitaxel and lenvatinib (or weekly paclitaxel to pembrolizumab and lenvatinib) is highly effective and safe with manageable side effects in both recurrent endometrial and platinum resistant ovarian cancer. The purpose of this trial is to study how well lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and weekly paclitaxel work together in women who have recurrent endometrial cancer and/or recurrent platinum resistant ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer, and what kind of side effects patients may experience.
