A Phase III Study of BD0801 Combined With Chemotherapy in Recurrent, Platinum-resistant Epithelial...

Ovarian Cancer

The standard systemic treatment for ovarian cancer is platinum-based chemotherapy. However, majority of patients relapse and eventually progress to platinum resistance. In patients with platinum-resistant or refractory ovarian cancer, effective treatment options are limited and the prognosis is very poor. Angiogenesis is essential for tumor growth and metastasis, and VEGF/VEGF receptor(VEGFR) signaling pathway is the most promising angiogenic target. This study aim to assess the efficacy and safety of the combination BD0801 and chemotherapy in patients with platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer.

Photodynamic Therapy to Amplify the Response to Immunotherapy in Patients With Non-small Cell Lung...

Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaPleural Disorder

This phase I trial evaluates the side effects of intraoperative photodynamic therapy with porfimer sodium in enhancing the response to immunotherapy with an immune checkpoint inhibitor drug in patients with non-small cell lung cancer with pleural disease. Photodynamic therapy is a technique that that works by combining a photosensitizing agent (porfimer sodium in this trial) and an intense light source to kill tumor cells. Photodynamic therapy may decrease the patients' symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Advanced or Metastatic Biliary Tract Cancer

The objective of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of MRG002 as single agent in HER2-positive unresectable locally advanced or metastatic biliary tract cancer patients who have progressed during or relapsed after at least one prior stand therapy.

A Phase I/II Study to Investigate the Use of VORAXAZE™ as Intended Intervention in Patients With...

CNS Lymphoma

This phase I-II trial is intented to demonstrate tolerability (i.e. absence of severe non-hematological toxicity) and efficacy of intended intervention with repeated doses of Voraxaze, in addition to leucovorin (LV), in patients with renal impairment or renal failure during previous HD-MTX therapy. Patients will receive up to 6 cycles of HD-MTX treatment with 14 days between cycles (a maximum delay of 28 days is permitted in order to allow time for a patient to recover from the previous cycle).

Pediatric-Inspired Chemotherapy Plus Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor in Adult Philadelphia Chromosome-Positive...

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

This study will combine a standard, pediatric-inspired, chemotherapy regimen with the tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) Dasatinib and Ponatinib to treat adults with Philadelphia Chromosome-Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. There are two age groups/cohorts: participants aged 18 to 59 years participants aged 60 years and older One tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), either Dasatinib or Ponatinib, will be administered in each of the respective chemotherapy cycles. The TKI (either Dasatinib or Ponatinib) administered in a given cycle of chemotherapy will be dictated by the given cycle's standard chemotherapy, in order to minimize overlapping side effects of the chemotherapy and TKI. The dosages of the standard chemotherapy agents, as well as the tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs)--Dasatinib and Ponatinib--have been adjusted for each age group to allow continuous administration of these TKIs.

Combination 5-FU / Calcipotriene Cream for SCCIS/SCC

Squamous Cell Carcinoma

The study will determine if calcipotriene and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) creams when combined can treat SCCIS and superficially invasive SCC (but not deeply invasive or high-risk cutaneous SCC). 30 Patients will be divided into a 7 day treatment group (n=10), a 14 day treatment group (n=10), and a placebo group (n=10, divided into 7 and 14 days evenly). Following treatment with the topical chemotherapeutic medication, tumors would be completely excised according to standard of care, and specimens would be sent to pathology to determine if there was residual tumor/margin clearance. The potential benefit of this intervention would be the establishment of a non-invasive treatment that leads to minimal to no scarring or complications (akin to topical 5-FU alone) but would require a much shorter and more tolerable treatment duration (1-2 weeks) compared to available alternatives.

Engineered TILs/CAR-TILs to Treat Advanced Solid Tumors

Liver CancerLung Cancer7 more

Tumor infiltration lymphocytes (TILs) have been harvested from advanced cancer patients and constructed to knockout PD1 gene and express scFvs against both PD1 and CTALA4 and CARs against various antigens, followed by transfusion into the patients. The safety, tolerance, and preliminary clinical efficacy of the TILs will be evaluated.
