Tirbanibulin 1% Ointment for the Treatment of Chronically Sun-damaged Skin on the Face
Actinic KeratosisInterventional, monocentric, national, single-arm, uncontrolled, open, prospective phase IV study. Since this study is not powered for confirmative testing, analysis is done by descriptive statistics Eligible AK patients receive Tirbanibulin on sun-damaged areas of the face for five days, according to the SmPC. Diagnosis and monitoring of treatment effects are supported by UV imaging using Canfield VISIA®. Safety and efficacy are assessed at end of treatment visit (EoT, approximately 3 days after the last dose, i.e, day 8 ± 2) and at a follow-up visit (FuV) 57 ± 7 d after the start of the treatment. UV images (Canfield VISIA®) will be taken at baseline, EoT and FuV, accompanied by conventional dermatological assessment according to clinical routine.

A Study of the Use of Fat Flap Reconstruction to Reduce Neck Injury After Cancer Treatment
Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to find out whether the fat ALT flap procedure is a safe and practical option for reducing neck morbidity in HNSCC patients following cancer treatment of the neck. Neck morbidity after radiation therapy and surgery includes difficulty swallowing, neck or shoulder pain, stiffness, swelling, or changes to the appearance of the treated area. In addition, the researchers will find out whether the study procedure is effective at reducing neck morbidity and improving quality of life after cancer treatment. The researchers will measure quality of life by having participants answer questionnaires.
Circulating Tumor DNA Guided Treatment Monitoring in Advanced Lung Cancer
Non-small Cell Lung Cancer MetastaticThe study is a prospective randomized interventional study including patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, receiving immunotherapy, with the aim of optimizing treatment monitoring. The study aims to investigate the clinical utility of liquid biopsy monitoring in order to reduce the numbers of inefficient treatments and needless toxicity - and to explore the cost-effectiveness and cost-utility of introducing liquid biopsy monitoring in daily clinical practice.

DAREON™-5: A Study to Test Whether Different Doses of BI 764532 Help People With Small Cell Lung...
Small Cell Lung CarcinomaNeuroendocrine NeoplasmsThis study is open to adults with small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumours. The study is in people with advanced cancer for whom previous treatment was not successful or no standard treatment exists. The purpose of this study is to find a suitable dose of BI 764532 that people with advanced cancer can tolerate when taken alone. 2 different doses of BI 764532 are tested in this study. Another purpose is to check whether BI 764532 can make tumours shrink. BI 764532 is an antibody-like molecule (DLL3/CD3 bispecific) that may help the immune system fight cancer. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group gets dose 1 of BI 764532 and the other group gets dose 2 of BI 764532. Participants get BI 764532 infusions into a vein when starting treatment. If there is benefit for the participants and if they can tolerate it, the treatment is given up to the maximum duration of the study. During this time, participants visit the study site regularly. The total number of visits depends on how they respond to and tolerate the treatment. The first study visits include an over-night stay to monitor participants' safety. Doctors record any unwanted effects and regularly check the general health of the participants.

LK101 Combined With PD-1 or PD-L1 Monoclonal Antibody in the Treatment of Lung Cancer
Advanced Lung CarcinomaThis is a open lable, single-center phase Ib/IIa study for patients with local advanced or metastastic NSCLC or ES-SCLC, who failed with previous anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy. The aim is to observe and evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of LK101 injection combined with pembrolizumab or durvalumab respectively in the incurable NSCLC and SCLC.
A Clinical Study of SI-B001 Combined With Docetaxel in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Adenocarcinoma...
Non-small Cell Lung AdenocarcinomaSquamous Cell Carcinoma of LungMain objectives: To evaluate the benefit of SI-B001+ docetaxel on overall survival (OS) of bidotaxel. To evaluate the benefit of SI-B001+ Docetaxel over Docetaxel's progression-free survival (PFS) based assessment. Secondary objectives: To evaluate the investigator-evaluated progression-free survival (PFS) benefit of SI-B001+ Docetaxel against docetaxel; To evaluate the difference of objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR) and duration of response (DOR) between SI-B001+ docetaxel and bidocetaxel. To evaluate the type, frequency and severity of adverse events (TEAE) and drug-related adverse events (TRAE) during treatment with SI-B001+ docetaxel in comparison with docetaxel. The pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of SI-B001 will be evaluated. The immunogenicity of SI-B001 will be evaluated. Subject quality of life.
