Best EGFR-TKI Sequence in NSCLC Harboring EGFR Mutations
NSCLCThe best drug sequencing of dacomitinib or osimertinib in patients with advanced or metastatic Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) mutation positive non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has not yet been determined. The study enables investigation of the efficacy of dacomitinib followed by or subsequent to osimertinib osimertinib in patients with classical or uncommon activating EGFR mutations. Efficacy of dacomitinib will be defined in patients with asymptomatic or controlled brain metastases, special population eligible in this clinical trial.

Acute LeukemiasAcute Myeloid Leukemia1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2D[s]) of JNJ-75276617 in Part 1 (Dose Escalation) and to determine safety and tolerability at the RP2D(s) in Part 2 (Dose Expansion).

A Study of AK109 and AK104 in Advanced Gastric Adenocarcinoma or Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma...
Gastric Adenocarcinoma and Gastroesophageal Junction AdenocarcinomaThis is an open label, multicentre, Phase Ib/II Clinical Study of AK109 and AK104 With or Without Chemotherapy in Second-line Treatment of Advanced Gastric Adenocarcinoma or Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma .

A Study of TAS2940 in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumor Cancer
Solid TumorGlioblastoma2 moreThis is a first-in-human, open label, multicenter study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and the preliminary antitumor activity of TAS2940 in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors who are not candidates for approved or available therapies.

Inqovi Maintenance Therapy in Myeloid Neoplasms
Myelodysplastic SyndromesChronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia1 moreThis research is being done to see if the drug Inqov is effective in reducing the chance of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) relapsing after standard of care stem cell transplant. This research study involves the study drug Inqovi, which is a combination of the drugs decitabine and cedazuridine.

Study of Lacutamab in Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma
Peripheral T Cell LymphomaRelapse/RecurrenceThis is an open-label multicenter randomized non comparative phase II study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the monoclonal anti-KIR3DL2 antibody Lacutamab in patients with Refractory/Relapsing (R/R) KIR3DL2 positive Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma (PTCL) : Not Other Specified (NOS), PTCL-TFH (including Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma (AITL), Follicular T-cell lymphoma, Nodal peripheral T-cell lymphoma with TFH phenotype), Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL), Hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma (HSTL), Enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL), Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T cell lymphoma (MEITL), NK-T cell lymphoma (NKT) and Aggressive NK-cell leukemia (ANKL). The design is non comparative meaning that non comparison between arms will be performed as the control arm will ensure that the assumptions used for sample size calculation are verified. For that reason, randomization is unbalanced in favor of the experimental arm (2:1).

A Study to Evaluate VIP152 in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or...
Relapsed Non Hodgkin LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia5 moreDetermine the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of VIP152 in patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Richter Syndrome

A Study to Investigate Fadraciclib (CYC065), in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors and Lymphoma...
Solid TumorAdult1 moreThis is a 2-part, phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, pharmacodynamics, PGx, and efficacy of fadraciclib administered orally BID. This study consists of Phase 1 and Phase 2 components in subjects with advanced solid tumors and lymphoma who have progressed despite having standard therapy or for which no standard therapy exists.

Fluorescent Imaging of Nerves With Illuminare-1 During Surgery
Prostate AdenocarcinomaThis study will test the safety of using Illuminare-1 during standard surgery for prostate cancer. The study researchers will test increasing doses of Illuminare-1 to find the dose that makes the nerve structures fluoresce (light up) but causes few or mild side effects. When the researchers find this dose, it will be tested in new groups of study participants to see whether surgery performed using Illuminare-1 guidance is better than surgery performed without intraoperative guidance. The researchers will also do tests to study the way the body absorbs, distributes, and gets rid of Illuminare-1. This study is the first to test Illuminare-1 in people. Illuminare-1 has received Fast Track designation from the US FDA.

Phase 1 Study of F182112 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Dose-Escalation StudyRelapsed or Refractory Multiple MyelomaThis trial is a Multiple center, Open-label, dose escalation Phase Ⅰ clinical study. The purpose is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of F182112 when infused intravenously (IV) and determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of F182112 when infused IV.
