Comparative Effectiveness of Cryoablation Versus Steroid and Lidocaine Alone for Treatment of Morton's...
Morton NeuromaMorton's neuroma is a benign thickening involving the plantar interdigital nerve, most common in middle aged women. Morton's neuroma is one of the most frequent diagnoses seen in the investigators podiatry clinic and is difficult to treat. These lesions cause a burning or shooting pain that can radiate to the toes, or an aching pain in the ball of the foot. The pain is exacerbated with activity and certain footwear greatly limits activity in the involved patient population. Morton's neuroma is first treated conservatively with orthotics. Patients may require further interventions such as steroid injections. The literature reports only a 30% long term resolution of pain with the steroid. Surgical resection has a reported 51-85% success rate with 14-21% rate of complication; recurrent pain, numbness/loss of sensation, and subsequent stump neuromas. Cryoablation is well known to be efficacious for neuropathic pain and has recently been shown in two small studies to be safe and efficacious for treatment of Morton's neuroma. The investigators study will compare outcomes of cryoablation to corticosteroid injection in short- and long-term for treatment of Morton's neuroma that have failed conservative therapy.

Watch and Wait for NeoAdjuvant Concurrent Radiochemotherapy Combined With Camrelizumab in Patients...
Esophageal Squamous Cell CarcinomaTo observe the 1-year disease-free survival rate (1-year PFS) of patients with resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy combined with camrelizumab and achieved clinical complete remission with watchful waiting strategy.

Etoposide+Cytarabine+PEG-rhG-CSF for Hematopoietic Stem Cell Mobilization in Patients With Hematological...
Hematological MalignancyThis is a single-arm, multicenter, exploratory clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination of etoposide, cytarabine and PEG-rhG-CSF (EAP regimen) on hematopoietic stem cell mobilization in poor mobilization patients with hematological malignancies. All eligible patients will receive EAP regimen treatment, then the number of CD34+ cells and white blood cells will be monitoring. When the collection standard is met, hematopoietic stem cell collection will be started.

Treatment of Non-resectable Bile Duct Cancer With Radiofrequency Ablation or Photodynamic Therapy...
Hilar CholangiocarcinomaBile duct cancer is often diagnosed after curative options are no longer available. Stent therapy is used to keep the ducts open and can be combined with photodynamic therapy (PDT) to extend life expectancy. PDT requires an injection of photosensitizer after which light of a particular wavelength is applied endoscopically to kill the cancer cells. Drawbacks include not only high costs and poor availability, but foremost that patients have to avoid direct sunlight for a period of weeks. Radio frequency ablation (RFA) together with stent implantation constitutes an alternative by which the cancer cells are killed through heat, also applied endoscopically. The RFA technology is more widely available and easier to deploy. However, it has not been studied extensively and no randomized trials exist comparing the two methods. This trial will compare survival in patients with a particular bile duct cancer depending on whether they receive PDT or RFA. Moreover, data will be collected on side-effects and quality of life.

A Study of Tazemetostat With Rituximab and Abbreviated Bendamustine in the Frontline Treatment of...
Follicular LymphomaThis study is planned as a single arm clinical trial of tazemetostat in combination with bendamustine and rituximab with both a phase I and phase II component. All patients will receive tazemetostat twice daily on days 1-28 in combination with bendamustine 90 mg/m2 IV on days 1 and 2 and rituximab 375 mg/m2 IV on day 1 of a 28-day cycle for up to three cycles. Following this, patients will receive tazemetostat twice daily on days 1-28 and rituximab 375 mg/m2 IV on day 1 of a 28-day cycle for up to three cycles.

The Efficacy of Neoadjuvant Chemoradiotherapy in Comparison With Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Patients...
Esophageal CancerThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, feasibility and outcomes of neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by esophagectomy versus neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy followed by esophagectomy for locally advanced resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cT3-4aN0M0, cT1-4aN1-3M0. This is non-inferiority study (neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy has no advantage over neoadjuvant chemotherapy).
