Chemotherapy Supported by Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cells

Ovarian Cancer

The aim of this project is to use autologous haematopoietic stem cell transfusion support to promote the reconstruction of haematopoietic function after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. To explore the impact of stored haematopoietic stem cell support therapy on bone marrow protection after conventional chemotherapy for ovarian cancer in order to facilitate its clinical application.

Hepatic Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy With Fruquintinib for Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastases...

Advanced Colorectal CarcinomaLiver Metastasis Colon Cancer

Fruquintinib (HMPL-013) is a novel oral small molecule that selectively inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR) 1, 2, and 3 and has demonstrated potent inhibitory effects on multiple human tumor xenografts. Combined with hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC), this study is conducted to assess the efficacy and safety of this regimen in patients with unresectable colorectal cancer liver metastases as the third-line therapy.

A Study of Zilovertamab Vedotin (MK-2140) in Combination With Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, and...

LymphomaLarge B-Cell1 more

This study consists of a dose escalation/confirmation phase and an efficacy expansion phase. The dose escalation/confirmation phase is to determine the safety and tolerability and establish a preliminary recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of zilovertamab vedotin when administered in combination with R-CHP in participants with DLBCL who have received no prior treatment for their disease. The efficacy expansion phase is to determine the efficacy of the RP2D of zilovertamab vedotin when administered in combination with R-CHP in participants with DLBCL who have received no prior treatment for their disease.

Low Volume High Intensity Interval Training in Operated Lung Cancer Patients

Lung CancerNon Small Cell Lung Cancer

Patients included in the study will be randomly divided into 2 groups using appropriate randomization programs. All patients will be given exercise training individually for 24 sessions using a bicycle ergometer under the supervision of a physiotherapist.Patients in the first group will be given exercise training on a bicycle ergometer for 5 minutes warm-up phase at 40% of maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max), 20 minutes exercise phase at 60% of VO2max and 5 minutes cool down phase at 40% of VO2max for a total of 30 minutes. Patients in the second group will be given a warm-up phase for 3 minutes at 50% VO2max, 1 minute at 80-100% VO2max and 1 minute at 50% VO2max in 10 cycles, and finally a cool-down phase for 3 minutes at 50% VO2max. In total, 25 minutes of low-volume high-intensity intermittent exercise training will be given on a bicycle ergometer.

A Study of Radiation Therapy to Treat Solid Tumor Cancer That Has Spread to Soft Tissue

Invasive Ductal Breast CarcinomaInvasive Ductal Breast Carcinoma Stage IV13 more

The purpose of this study is to find out whether lattice radiation therapy (LRT) is an effective radiation therapy technique when compared to standard stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). The study will also study how the different radiation therapy techniques (LRT and SBRT) affect how many immune cells are able to attack and kill tumor cells (immune infiltration).

Efficacy and Safety of Tislelizumab in Combination With Disitamab-vedotin as Neoadjuvant Therapy...

Neoadjuvant Immunotherapy

Neoadjuvant chemotherapy treatment can be used for specific UTUC patients, especially for highly staged and/or grade tumors, such as kidneys with potentially decreased renal function after RNU. Neoadjuvant therapy is a series of treatments administered preoperatively for UTUC, mainly chemotherapy, and in recent years, novel therapies of immunotherapy have emerged. Since conventional cisplatin neoadjuvant regimens also require high preoperative renal function, neoadjuvant therapy regimens such as immunotherapy provide more effective and feasible treatments for patients who are intolerant to current cisplatin chemotherapy regimens. The aim of this study was to explore a novel preoperative neoadjuvant immunotherapy for UTUC. To further observe the feasibility and safety of this regimen in the field of UTUC.

Total Neoadjuvant Therapy With Short-course Radiation Followed by Envafolimab Plus CAPEOX for MSS...

Rectal Cancer

Short-course radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy may bring revolutionary changes to the total neoadjuvant therapy mode for locally advanced ultra low rectal cancer to preserve the organs. In view of the shortcomings of the current otal neoadjuvant therapy model for locally advanced ultra low rectal cancer, we will explore the feasibility of a new model of short-course radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy, and develop a possible optimal plan based on the existing theoretical basis, namely "short-course radiotherapy + PD-L1 monoclonal antibody combined with CAPEOX chemotherapy for 8 cycles", and explore the efficacy and adverse effects of this model. The study will also attempt to explore the characteristics of the treatment beneficiary population, explore the characteristics of the treatment beneficiary population by multi-dimensional tumor and microenvironmental information through multi-omics sequencing analysis, attempt to build an efficacy prediction model, early screening of the treatment beneficiary population for precise treatment, and thus explore a new model of radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy for the poplation who can be achieved organ preservation.

Study of DPPG2-TSL-DOX Combined With Hyperthermia in Soft Tissue Sarcoma

SarcomaSoft Tissue

This study aims to explore a new therapeutic approach for advanced soft tissue sarcoma (STS) by investigating the safety, tolerability, and maximum tolerable dose (MTD) of DPPG2-TSL-DOX combined with regional hyperthermia (RHT) in patients who have been pre-treated with doxorubicin (DOX).
