This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The first part of the study will determine the safe dose for the next part of the study, and will enroll TNBC and NSCLC patients. The second part of the study will test that dose in additional TNBC and NSCLC patients.

This phase Ⅰb/Ⅱ study evaluates the safety and efficacy of OH2 for adjuvant therapy in non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer after first-line prophylactic intravesical instillation therapy. OH2 is an oncolytic virus developed upon genetic modifications of the herpes simplex virus type 2 strain HG52, allowing the virus to selectively replicate in tumors. Meanwhile, the delivery of the gene encoding human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) may induce a more potent antitumor immune response.

Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma

To evaluate the short-term and longer-term safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of neoadjuvant and adjuvant Pembrolizumab on top of standard therapy (Stupp protocol) in patients with Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). Randomized comparison of safety, tolerability, and clinical efficacy of (1) neoadjuvant and adjuvant Pembrolizumab (on top of Stupp protocol, n=12 patients), (2) neoadjuvant Pembrolizumab (on top of Stupp protocol, n=12 patients), and (3) standard of care (Stupp protocol only, n=12 patients). Immuno-PET examination will be performed before and after surgery in all patients.

Enfortumab Vedotin and Pembrolizumab in People With Bladder Cancer

Urothelial Carcinoma

This study will test whether enfortumab vedotin combined with pembrolizumab is an effective treatment for people with bladder cancer (urothelial carcinoma) involving the lymph nodes who are going to have surgery to remove their cancer (cystectomy). The researchers will look at whether treatment with enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab before surgery can get rid of cancer within the lymph nodes. They will also try to find out if this combination of drugs is effective at shrinking participants' cancer before their surgery. The researchers think that a combination of enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab may help people with this disease because both drugs are designed to help the immune system attack and kill cancer cells. The researchers think the drugs may be more effective if given in combination rather than on their own.

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of PBF-1129 in combination with nivolumab in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has come back (recurrent) or spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as PBF-1129 and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
