Differentiation of Progression From Treatment Effects in High-Grade Gliomas: A Clinical Trial With...
GliomaTo evaluate the efficacy of multi-modality magnetic resonance quantitative parameters in evaluating the treatment effects of high-grade gliomas, and to provide new biomarkers for the establishment of new diagnostic criteria for the identification of true and pseudoprogression of high-grade gliomas.

The Impact of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) Program on Clinical and Immunological Outcomes...
Enhanced Recovery After Surgery for Laparoscopic Gastrectomy for Patients With Gastric CancerOver the past two decades, fast track surgery, also known as "enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS)" has been initiated and developed in colorectal surgery by Kehlet. The program is rapidly gaining popularity due to the significant benefits demonstrated in lowering complication rates and reducing hospital stay and costs. The benefits demonstrated in colorectal surgery by randomized trials and meta-analyses reduced pain, morbidity and hospital stay. Data in gastrectomy however, is scarce. Therefore the aim of this study is to compare the outcomes of laparoscopic gastrectomies with two different perioperative approaches, the traditional and the ERAS approach in a setting of a randomised controlled trial.

C-X-C Chemokine Receptor 4 in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaChronic lymphocytic leukemia is the most common type of chronic leukemia, accounting for approximately 40% of all leukemias and mainly affecting older individuals. As it has a highly variable clinical course, identification of molecular and biological prognostic markers has provided new insights into the risk stratification of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

The Enzymatic Activity of Lymphocyte Dihydropyrimidine Dehydrogenase DPD in the Blood as a Predictive...
Metastatic or Locally-advanced Digestive CancerAn observational study of a prospective, analytical, monocentric cohort which does not modify the patient care because the phenotyping of the dihydropyrimidine déshydrogénase DPD (lymphocyte activity) is already carried out in routine hospital. The analysis will be based on clinical, radiological and biological criteria.

Role of Serum Regucalcin in Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Role of Serum Regucalcin in Diagnosis of HCCAlthough the diagnosis and therapy of HCC have being improved, the poor prognosis still remains. To reduce the mortality and improve the effectiveness of diagnosis and therapy, it is important to detect the protein biomarkers which are associated with HCC tumor progression and may be useful as potential diagnosis or therapeutic targets. SMP30 (senescence marker protein 30)(serum regucalcin), which we have previously identified from Guangxi HCC cDNA expression library by the SEREX approach, is one of the hepatocellular carcinoma associated antigens [4] Serum antibody response to SMP30 in various patients using the methods of Western-blot and ELISA and showed that antibody to SMP30 existed mainly in HCC patients (39.8%), especially in the one with alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) negative

ctDNA as a Prognostic Marker for Postoperative Relapse in Early and Intermediate Stage Colorectal...
Colorectal CancerBy monitoring the serum ctDNA mutational profile using NGS, the present clinical trial aims to elucidate the correlation between the postoperative ctDNA status and the prognosis of patients with early and intermediate-stage colorectal cancer, and explore the possibility of clinical utility of serum ctDNA as a clinical index to predict postoperative relapse.
