Investigators have previously found that the infiltration of immunoglobulin G4(IgG4) positive plasma cells in tumor tissue predicts a poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer after curative resection. Investigators further attempt to explore the possible roles of IgG4 and the inducer of IgG4, interleukin-10(IL-10), in the chemotherapy of pancreatic cancer. In this primary study, investigators plan to observe the dynamic changes of sera IgG4 and IL-10 in peripheral blood after gemcitabine-based chemotherapy and analyze the correlations of IgG4 and IL-10 with the response of gemcitabine and overall survival of pancreatic cancer.

This is an Open Label, Prospective, Multicentre, Non-interventional Study of Apatinib for Chemotherapy-Refractory Advanced Metastatic Gastric Cancer, the investigators opted to give patients for apatinib 850 mg once daily, 28 days for a cycle. Recently, a novel assay for detecting heavy/light chain (HLC) ratios has been reported which enables improvement in paraprotein detection and monitoring in multiple myeloma and other plasma-cell dyscrasias. The prognostic and biological role of the HLC assay has as yet not been studied in CLL. Aims of the proposed study: To quantify and analyze the prognostic significance of HLC ratios in the serum of CLL patients. (In addition to FLC) To study the different patterns of Immunoglobulin's subclass antibodies in the serum of patients with CLL and compare them to those of to healthy volunteers. Prospective research of Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMP) 2 and 9 as predictive biomarkers in metastatic kidney cancer patients treated with 2 anti angiogenic agents (Sunitinib or Pazopanib).

Participants will be consented into the study after they are found to meet the study inclusion criteria. The clinical staff will schedule a tissue biopsy and a blood draw for the participant to give NGS(Next-generation Sequencing).One is according to the germline mutation data to screen susceptible gene in SCLC(Small Cell Lung Cancer); two is to explore the extensive consistency detection of blood and tissues in patients with SCLC gene mutation information; three is to conduct dynamic monitoring of blood ctDNA(circulating tumor DNA) in patients with SCLC during treatment, by changing the types of mutations / abundance (for example: the clonal evolution of typical samples analysis) and change of tumor load, , investigating the patients treatment effect , for the significant change of mutations, to study whether it can be used as molecular marker; four is to analyze of the molecular typing of SCLC, according to the clinical and pathological features of patients.
