Dynamic Changes of Sera Immunoglobulin G4 and Interleukin-10 in the Patients of Pancreatic Cancer...
Pancreatic NeoplasmsInflammationInvestigators have previously found that the infiltration of immunoglobulin G4(IgG4) positive plasma cells in tumor tissue predicts a poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer after curative resection. Investigators further attempt to explore the possible roles of IgG4 and the inducer of IgG4, interleukin-10(IL-10), in the chemotherapy of pancreatic cancer. In this primary study, investigators plan to observe the dynamic changes of sera IgG4 and IL-10 in peripheral blood after gemcitabine-based chemotherapy and analyze the correlations of IgG4 and IL-10 with the response of gemcitabine and overall survival of pancreatic cancer.

An Open Label, Prospective, Multicentre, Non-interventional Study of Apatinib for Chemotherapy-Refractory...
Metastatic Gastric CancerThis is an Open Label, Prospective, Multicentre, Non-interventional Study of Apatinib for Chemotherapy-Refractory Advanced Metastatic Gastric Cancer, the investigators opted to give patients for apatinib 850 mg once daily, 28 days for a cycle. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of apatinib for Advanced Metastatic Gastric Cancer in the real world.

Follow-up Strategy of Chronic Hepatitis B for Early Detection and Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma:...
Chronic Hepatitis BThis study is a randomized control prospective study. The aim of this study is to establish an all-round and convenient follow-up strategy of Chronic Hepatitis B for early detection and diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), by investigating whether different surveillance time intervals and surveillance methods are beneficial for chronic hepatitis B and cirrhotic patients with different risk of HCC.

Effect of Single Colonoscopy on Colorectal Adenomas Detection
Colonic PolypsIndividualized colonoscopy withdrawal time is determined based on the different grade of physician experience and quality of bowel preparation.

Endoscopic Full Thickness Resection in the Lower GI Tract With the "Full Thickness Resection Device"...
Colorectal AdenomasSubmucosal TumorsObservational prospective multicenter study to investigate efficacy and safety of endoscopic full thickness resection in the lower GI tract using a novel over-the-scope full thickness resection device.

Vincristine PK and PD in the AYA Population Compared to Younger Children
LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic1 moreThe trial is to determine if a difference exists in the way that adolescents and young adults metabolize the chemotherapy agent vincristine compared to younger children.

In Vitro Models of Liver and Pancreatic Cancer
CholangiocarcinomaHepatocellular Carcinoma1 moreThe primary objective is to develop an in vitro model of cancer for laboratory study using liver, biliary and pancreatic cancer tissue. The secondary objective is to study the genetic and cellular biology of cancer of the liver, biliary tract and the pancreas. As well the investigators hope to compare molecular and cellular biology of cancer cells with normal cells as well as potentially test the efficacy of current and future anti-cancer therapies. Samples will be collected from tissue that has been resected as part of the treatment for a patient diagnosed with liver, bile duct or pancreas cancer.

Heavy Light Chain in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
CLLRecently, a novel assay for detecting heavy/light chain (HLC) ratios has been reported which enables improvement in paraprotein detection and monitoring in multiple myeloma and other plasma-cell dyscrasias. The prognostic and biological role of the HLC assay has as yet not been studied in CLL. Aims of the proposed study: To quantify and analyze the prognostic significance of HLC ratios in the serum of CLL patients. (In addition to FLC) To study the different patterns of Immunoglobulin's subclass antibodies in the serum of patients with CLL and compare them to those of to healthy volunteers. To perform a sub-analysis in patients with CLL who have autoimmune phenomenon (AIHA and ITP)

Predictive Impact of MMP2 and MMP9 Levels for Patients With Metastatic Kidney Cancer Treated With...
Kidney CancerProspective research of Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMP) 2 and 9 as predictive biomarkers in metastatic kidney cancer patients treated with 2 anti angiogenic agents (Sunitinib or Pazopanib).

Next-generation Sequencing of Small Cell Lung Cancer to Identify Susceptibility Gene and to Assess...
SCLCParticipants will be consented into the study after they are found to meet the study inclusion criteria. The clinical staff will schedule a tissue biopsy and a blood draw for the participant to give NGS(Next-generation Sequencing). One is according to the germline mutation data to screen susceptible gene in SCLC(Small Cell Lung Cancer); two is to explore the extensive consistency detection of blood and tissues in patients with SCLC gene mutation information; three is to conduct dynamic monitoring of blood ctDNA(circulating tumor DNA) in patients with SCLC during treatment, by changing the types of mutations / abundance (for example: the clonal evolution of typical samples analysis) and change of tumor load, , investigating the patients treatment effect , for the significant change of mutations, to study whether it can be used as molecular marker; four is to analyze of the molecular typing of SCLC, according to the clinical and pathological features of patients.
