Metabonomics Study of Chronic Gastritis and Gastric Carcinoma
Gastric CancerThe pathogenetic mechanisms of chronic gastritis and gastric carcinoma are different. Whether metabonomics play a role in the development of chronic gastritis and gastric cancer is still a question. So the investigators want to clarify this question by this subject.

Leukemic Phase of ALCL
Anaplastic LymphomaCollecting data about the rare leukemic presentation of anaplastic lymphoma to study the characteristics of patients with leukemic phase of ALCL

CT and MRI in Prediction of Response in Patients With Gastric Cancer Following Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy...
Gastric CancerMagnetic Resonance Imaging4 moreThis is a prospective and observational clinical study for seeking out a better way to predict the pathologic complete response (pCR) in patients with advanced gastric cancer (AGC) based on the post-neoadjuvant treatment Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and CT data. This study will help the surgeons to better formulate treatment regimens for gastric cancer in the clinical practice.

Application of MRI in Identifying Myelosuppression Risk of Neoadjuvant Chemoradiotherapy for Rectal...
Rectal Cancer Stage IIRectal Cancer Stage IIIRectal cancer patients who received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in Peking University Third Hospital in 2021 are divided into acute myelosuppression group, chronic myelosuppression group and normal group. The differences of magnetic resonance parameters between the groups were compared. The risk identification model of acute and chronic myelosuppression after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy was established by clinical risk factors and quantitative parameters of magnetic resonance imaging, and the prediction efficiency of the model was evaluated.

Multi-center Application of Quantitative FIT Technology in Colorectal Cancer Screening
Colorectal Cancer Screening Fecal Immunochemical TestIn order to control the incidence of colorectal cancer, improve the level of early diagnosis and early warning the occurrence of colorectal cancer, it is very necessary for us to explore the threshold value of FIT positive judgment in line with the Chinese population, and further contribute to the establishment of a colorectal cancer screening pathway suitable for Chinese healthy population

The Research of Constructing a Risk Assessment Model for Gastric Cancer Based on Machine Learning...
Gastric CancerPrecancerous Lesion1 moreBased on the gastric cancer database established earlier, this project explored the PG standard suitable for Chinese people, and further explored the establishment of machine learning model to stratify gastric cancer risk in the population, guide the frequency of gastroscopy screening, and extract important gastric cancer risk factors from it.Establish electronic health records of gastric organs, track the development and outcome of gastric diseases through deep learning method, in order to predict the development and outcome of gastric diseases; Then, the simulation hypothesis deductive method is used to compare the outcomes that may be caused by different lifestyles with the help of deep learning model, so as to guide patients to develop a better lifestyle and explore the establishment of health management paths for gastric cancer patients and high-risk groups in China.

Multiple Myeloma (MM) Quality of Life (QOL) Study
Multiple MyelomaQuality of Life2 moreThe main purpose of this study is to examine differences in quality of life and psychological distress for both Multiple Myeloma patients receiving treatment and their caregivers and to assess patient and caregiver prognostic understanding (understanding of the likely course of a disease over time) of Multiple Myeloma to guide development of more personalized treatment plans. This study looks to further understand quality of life changes throughout multiple myeloma therapy for both patients and caregivers to help determine ways to improve patient and caregiver understanding of illness and in turn, tailor customized treatment that best aligns with patient preferences. The study will use a series of questionnaires to measure quality of life, mood, coping strategies, and prognostic understanding.

Malignancy Predictors, Bethesda and TI-RADS Scores Correlated With Final Histopathology in Thyroid...
Thyroid CarcinomaThyroid Papillary Carcinoma11 moreIn the last decades, thyroid cancer incidence has continuously increased all over the world, almost exclusively due to a sharp rise in the incidence of the papillary histologic subtype, which has the highest incidence of multifocality. Furthermore, Black Sea and Eastern European regions are both endemic and known to have been under the influence of Chernobyl nuclear explosion. Although overscreening might have a role in certain parts of the world, the predictors of malignancy such as family history, genetical disorders, previous radiation exposure, low iodine intake, diabetes and obesity, should also be taken into consideration in determining the extent of surgery.

Autonomic Reflexes During Intra-arterial Chemotherapy for Retinoblastoma
RetinoblastomaRetinoblastoma Bilateral1 moreProspective observational study in patients undergoing intra-arterial ophthalmic artery chemotherapy for the treatment of retinoblastoma. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the incidence of cardiorespiratory autonomic reflexes in these patients and to investigate the association between autonomic reflexes and perioperative clinical characteristics.

Translation and Validation of the German Version of the Toronto Extremity Salvage Score (TESS) and...
SarcomaThe MSTS is an evaluation tool used worldwide to assess physical function in patients with musculoskeletal tumors. The questionnaire has already been successfully translated and validated in Portuguese and Japanese. Both the TESS and the MSTS have already been used in many studies that examined bone and soft tissue tumors - also in German-speaking populations. So far, however, there is no validated German version of these questionnaires. The aim of the study at hand is to translate the TESS and the MSTS into German and to validate them for patients with bone and soft tissue tumors / sarcomas.
