IN10018 Monotherapy and Combination Therapy for Metastatic Melanoma

Metastatic Melanoma

This is a phase Ib, open label clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK and antitumor activities of IN10018 as monotherapy and in combination with cobimetinib in subjects with metastatic uveal melanoma and NRAS-mutant metastatic melanoma.

MIL62 Plus Lenalidomide for Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (FL...

Follicular Lymphoma and Marginal Zone Lymphoma

This phase 1b/2 trial studies the safety and best dose of lenalidomide when given together with MIL62 and how well this combination works in treating patients with Relapsed/Refractory low-grade Follicular Lymphoma(FL) and Marginal Zone Lymphoma(MZL). Giving MIL62 plus lenalidomide may work better in indolent Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma(NHL).

A Vaccine (Ad5.F35-hGCC-PADRE) for the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Adenocarcinoma

Pancreatic Ductal AdenocarcinomaColorectal Adenocarcinoma36 more

This phase IIA trial investigates the side effects of Ad5.F35-hGCC-PADRE vaccine and to see how well it works in treating patients with gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma. Ad5.F35-hGCC-PADRE vaccine may help to train the patient's own immune system to identify and kill tumor cells and prevent it from coming back.

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic LymphomaMantle Cell Lymphoma2 more

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety of zanubrutinib (also known as BGB-3111) in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma, Waldenström macroglobulinemia, mantle cell lymphoma, or marginal zone lymphoma patients who have become intolerant of prior ibrutinib and/or acalabrutinib treatment, by comparing intolerance to adverse event profile as assessed by the recurrence and the change in severity of adverse events.

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia Arising From Previous Myelodysplastic Syndrome2 more

This phase II trial studies how well cytarabine and idarubicin or daunorubicin with or without pembrolizumab work in treating patients with newly-diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cytarabine, idarubicin, and daunorubicin, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving induction chemotherapy with pembrolizumab may work better than induction chemotherapy alone in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia.

Testing the Addition of the Drug Atezolizumab to the Usual Radiation Treatment for Patients With...

Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaStage I Lung Cancer AJCC v81 more

This phase III trial studies how well atezolizumab added to the usual radiation therapy works in treating patients with stage I-IIA non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy, such as stereotactic body radiation therapy, uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method can kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Giving atezolizumab and radiation therapy may work better than radiation therapy alone in treating patients with early non-small cell lung cancer.

A Study of Nivolumab and Chemotherapy Followed by Surgery for Mesothelioma

Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma

This study will test whether giving nivolumab in combination with pemetrexed and either cisplatin or carboplatin before surgery is a safe and effective approach to treating resectable mesothelioma without delaying surgery.

MR-guided Pre-operative RT in Gastric Cancer

Gastric Adenocarcinoma

Gastric cancer is a global health issue as the world's fifth most common malignancy and third leading cause of cancer mortality, respectively. Preoperative radiation therapy may improve overall survival (OS) but is seldom used. There is precedent for preoperative chemoradiation, as it is the standard of care for esophageal and gastroesophageal junction tumors. However, reluctance of physicians to prescribe preoperative radiation therapy in gastric cancer may be due to the large treatment fields necessary to account for stomach motion. MR guided radiation therapy (MRgRT) may permit decreased field sizes and more accurate dose delivery. In traditional CT based radiation delivery the same radiation plan is delivered each day without assessment of inter-fraction or intra-fraction motion. MRgRT permits the physician to contour the unique anatomy daily to generate a new plan to account for day to day organ motion. Real-time MR imaging is also used during the treatment so that radiation is only delivered when the tumor is within the pre-specified target area. Thus, MRgRT may overcome traditional barriers of radiation delivery in gastric cancer and improve oncologic outcomes.
