Advanced Digestive System Neuroendocrine NeoplasmDigestive System Neuroendocrine Tumor7 more

This phase II trial studies how well abemaciclib works in treating patients with digestive system neuroendocrine tumors that have spread to other places in the body, do not respond to treatment, and cannot be removed by surgery. Abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Borderline Resectable Pancreatic AdenocarcinomaResectable Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

This pilot and feasibility study studies how well nivolumab and combination chemotherapy work before surgery in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that could possibly be removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body?s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as fluorouracil, irinotecan hydrochloride, leucovorin calcium and oxaliplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab in combination with chemotherapy before surgery may work better in treating patients with pancreatic cancer compared to chemotherapy alone.

Intravesical Photodynamic Therapy ("PDT") in BCG-Unresponsive/Intolerant Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder...

Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer ("NMIBC") Unresponsive/Intolerant to BCG

This is a phase II, open-label, single-arm, multi-center Study conducted in Canada and the United States. Patients with NMIBC CIS (with or without resected papillary disease (Ta, T1)) that are considered Bacillus Calmette-Guerin ("BCG")-Unresponsive or who are intolerant to BCG therapy. BCG-Unresponsive is at least one of the following: At least five of six doses of an initial induction course plus at least two of three doses of maintenance therapy; or, at least five of six doses of an initial induction course plus at least two of six doses of a second induction course. Patients experiencing disease relapse within 12 months after finishing the second course of BCG therapy are considered BCG-Unresponsive. The Study will consist of approximately 100 to 125 patients who will undergo two (2) PDT treatments employing 0.70 mg/cm^2 of Ruvidar® (TLD-1433) at Day 0 and Day 180.

A Dose Escalation Study Evaluating CPI-818 in Relapsed/Refractory T-Cell Lymphoma

T-cell Lymphoma

This is a Phase 1/1b, open-label, first in human study of CPI-818, an oral interleukin-2-inducible tyrosine kinase (ITK) inhibitor for the treatment of relapsed/refractory (R/R) T-cell lymphoma.. This trial will study the safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity of CPI-818 as a single drug.

Non-Operative Management and Early Response Assessment in Rectal Cancer

Adenocarcinoma of the Lower Rectum

The investigators' data from a phase I study of short course radiation therapy followed by chemotherapy showed 74% complete clinical response (cCR). Given the promising response rate, the investigators are evaluating short course radiation therapy (SCRT) followed by chemotherapy in a multi-institution phase II trial to validate the cCR rate of this treatment paradigm. SCRT has not been prospectively evaluated in non-operative management for patients with non-metastatic rectal adenocarcinoma.
