Effect of Chest Physiotherapy on the Development of Preterm Infants.
DevelopmentInfant1 moreThe aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the stimulation of "reflex rolling" from the Vojta method and the effect of the expiratory flow increase technique on the development of the preterm infants. In the same way, it will be assessed whether the application of these techniques produce pain. This application will be carried out in preterm infants of less than 32 weeks of gestation with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (SDR) and carriers of mechanical ventilation. The intervention will take place in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) The intervention period is one month (4 weeks) and different follow-ups will be carried out at term age, at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of corrected age.

Plasma Resuscitation Without Lung Injury
BurnsThe treatment of patients with major burns requires resuscitation with massive amounts of fluid, typically a type of salt water that is given by vein. This frequently results in injury to vital organs, especially the lungs and kidneys, and even in death. In this study, the investigators propose to use plasma, a specially prepared blood product made from the liquid part of blood, that has undergone special treatment to reduce the risk of disease transmission. The aims include 1) reduce the amount of fluid given during the first 24 hours after a burn 2) reduce the incidence of lung injury and other complications related to the administration of funds and 3) determine if the blood product has any effect on inflammation. An overall decrease the amount of fluids that burn patients receive should decrease the potential for lung injury, decrease days in the hospital, and improve survival.

Dual-targeting HER2 and PD-L1 CAR-T for Cancers With Pleural or Peritoneal Metastasis
Peritoneal Carcinoma MetastaticPleural Effusion1 moreSerosal cavity metastasis of malignant tumor is one of the late complications, which seriously affects the quality of life and survival time of patients. HER-2 is frequently expressed in breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, gastric cancer and other malignant tumors. The HER-2/PD-L1 dual-targeting CAR-T will be investigated in patients with HER2 positive solid tumor serosal cavity metastases.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells for the Treatment of Various Chronic and Acute Conditions
Autoimmune DiseasesCardiovascular Disorders9 moreThis multi-arm, multi-site study investigates the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of stem cell therapy for the treatment of various acute and chronic conditions. Clinically observed initial findings and an extensive body of research indicate regenerative treatments are both safe and effective for the treatment of multiple conditions.

Comparison of Tofacitinib and Methotrexate in the Maintained Treatment of GPA
Granulomatosis With PolyangiitisThe aim of this study is to identify the optimal maintenance therapy for granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) by comparing the MTX (standard regimen) with Tofacitinib in terms of efficacy, i.e. in preventing relapses.

Comparison of Segmentectomy Versus Lobectomy for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer ≤ 2 cm in the Middle...
Lung NeoplasmsSurgeryThis study aims to investigate whether segmentectomy had non-inferiority long-term oncological effects (disease-free survival and overall survival) compared with lobectomy in the treatment of patients with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer ≤ 2 cm in the middle third of lung field.

Fecal Microbial Transplantation Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Melanoma
Non Small Cell Lung Cancer MetastaticAdvanced MelanomaThe aim of this study is to assess the anti-tumor activity of FMT administered in combination with ICI therapy.

Neoadjuvant Immunotherapy and Chemotherapy Followed by Surgery in Unresectable Stage Ⅲ NSCLC
Non Small Cell Lung CancerThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Camrelizumab in combination with platinum doublet neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery [neoadjuvant phase], followed by Camrelizumab alone after surgery [adjuvant phase] in participants with unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer.
