Hypofraction Radiotherapy for Limited-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

Safety IssuesEfficacy1 more

Concurrent chemoradiotherapy is the standard modality for locally advanced small-cell lung cancer, which could achieve median overall survival of 25 mos. Conventional fractionation of 66Gy/33f and hyperfractionation of 45Gy/30f twice daily have been acknowledged as the two standard radiotherapy modalities according to CONVERT study. In 2021, a phase II trial demonstrated that 60Gy/40f twice daily was superior to the standard 45Gy/30f twice daily in light of overall survival (2y OS 74.2% vs. 39% p=0.0005), which to some extent implied that higher dose may confer better survival. Hypofractionated radiotherapy was another useful modality to increase biological effective dose with the advantage of short course and convenience. The effectiveness and safety of 60Gy/15f has been demonstrated in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Therefore, this trial is designed to explore the safety and primary efficacy of hypofraction radiotherapy for stage III locally advanced small cell lung cancer.

Efficacy of Artemisia Pollen Specific Allergen Immunotherapy

Allergic Rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a noninfectious inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa mediated by immunoglobulin E (IgE) after exposure to allergens. Artemisia annua is one of the most important allergen that is responsible for seasonal AR in China during July and October. Allergen specific immunotherapy (AIT) is the only etiological treatment available for AR. The trial is a randomized, Open label, multicentred trial. A total of 150 subjects with allergic rhinitis caused by Artemisia pollen were recruited and randomized to the immunotherapy group and conversation drugs group.

Assessment on Effects of Tongjiang Granule in Treating Nonerosive Reflux Disease Overlapping Epigastric...

Gastroesophageal RefluxFunctional Dysphonia

Overlapping gastrointestinal symptoms of functional gastrointestinal diseases (FGIDs) is an internationally recognized problem in modern medical diagnosis and treatment. Such patients show more physical symptoms and worse quality of life, resulting in a huge economic burden. At present, FGIDs gastrointestinal symptoms overlap, lack of effective and systematic treatment, and the treatment goal is to improve symptoms. The study plans to carry out a multi center and large sample RCT clinical study of Tongjiang granule in the treatment of overlapping gastrointestinal symptoms of non erosive reflux disease(NERD)and epigastric pain syndrome(EPS, so as to provide high-level evidence-based evidence for the treatment of overlapping symptoms of FGIDs and form a diagnosis and treatment scheme that can be popularized.
