NSCLC Stage IIIBNSCLC Stage IV

PACE is a prospective multicenter single-arm investigator-initiated phase II trial that examines the value of a treatment escalation strategy by the addition of platinum-based doublet chemotherapy to osimertinib in patients with treatment-naïve NSCLC harboring L858R or del19 EGFR mutation who are suspected to have poor response upon single-agent TKI treatment.

A Phase II Clinical Trial of TQC3721 Suspension for Inhalation

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

TQC3721 suspension for inhalation is a PDE3/4 inhibitor developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., LTD., which can simultaneously achieve bronchial smooth muscle relaxation and anti-inflammatory effects. This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-parallel, phase II trial of the efficacy and safety of inhaled TQC3721 suspension/placebo at different doses in patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Objective To evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of TQC3721 inhalation suspension in the treatment of moderate to severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

PBF-1129 and Nivolumab for the Treatment of Recurrent or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Metastatic Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaRecurrent Lung Non-Small Cell Carcinoma3 more

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of PBF-1129 in combination with nivolumab in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has come back (recurrent) or spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as PBF-1129 and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.

Efficiency Study for Acute Radiation-induced and Chemotherapy-induced Pulmonary Fibrosis With Bevasizumab...

Pulmonary Fibrosis

Due to the radiosensitivity of the lung, radiation-induced and chemotherapy-induced pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis are frequent happened following cancer therapy. It not only compromise cancer treatment, but also influence patient's life qualities and even death. there are no specific treatment modalities for this treatment-induced complication. Bevasizumab (Avastin), a VEGF inhibitor, can attenuate serum high expression VEGF and pulmonary permeability, maybe effective in the control acute pulmonary fibrosis. Patients will be randomized to receive Bevasizumab (7mg/kg iv) on day one and 21, followed by Dexamethasone (10mg iv d 1-10, then 5mg iv d11-15, 2.5mg iv d16-20) or Dexamethasone alone. The thoracic CT, plasma TNF-a, IL-6, VEGF and C-reactive protein are accessed on before treatment, 24 hours after Bevasizumab, 7 days, 4 and 8 weeks. the target sample size is 30 cases.

Cabozantinib in Patients With RET Fusion-Positive Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Those...

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The purpose of this phase II study is to find out what effects cabozantinib (XL184) has, good and/or bad, in patients whose tumors one of the following gene changes RET, ROS1, or NTRK fusion, or increased MET or AXL activity. A phase II study looks at how effective a medication is at treating a specific type of cancer and collects information on the side effects of the study treatment. RET, ROS1, or NTRK fusion or increased MET or AXL activity gene leads to lung cancer cell growth. Cabozantinib is an oral medicine that inhibits of RET, ROS1, NTRK, MET, and AXL. In addition, this drug interferes with other cell pathways that also cause cancer cells to grow, form new blood vessels, and spread to other organs of the body. The goal of using cabozantinib is to shrink the cancer and to prevent it from growing Cabozantinib has been studied and shown to cause cancer shrinkage in other cancers such as medullary thyroid cancer and prostate cancer. We thus have a good idea of what side-effects it causes and can anticipate them.
