About this trial

This is an interventional basic science trial for Weight Reduction and Insulin Sensitivity

Eligibility Criteria

18 Years - 70 Years (Adult, Older Adult)All SexesAccepts Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion Criteria:

  • no use of medication, healthy, 27<BMI<40

Exclusion Criteria:

  • pregnant and lactating women, chronic diseases.
