Eligibility Criteria

21 Years - 60 Years (Adult)FemaleAccepts Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Female
  • Ages 21-60
  • Body mass index 30-40 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Pregnancy
  • Medications for a psychological disorder
  • Contraindications for exercise
