Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- Eligible participants were active beneficiaries of a large insurer living in Pennsylvania.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Participants who did not subscribe to offers and promotions emails were excluded, as were Medigap beneficiaries.
