Eligibility Criteria

65 Years - 75 Years (Older Adult)All SexesAccepts Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Elderlies aged 65 to 75 years old.
  • Have been participating and physical training for at least six months before the start of the intervention.
  • The participants must be highly motivated for the project, which will be measured using the likard scale.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Illness or injury within the last three months.
  • Do not have the ability to complete the test battery concerning set minimum criteria

Brief Summary
To investigate how elderlies (+65 years old) everyday movements, general strength and dynamic balance are affected after an 8-12-week training period using the "SSA Elderly Performance system" or "Strong and Steady".
