Outcomes

Primary Outcome Measures

Smartphone Addicted scale - short version SAS-SV
It is used to measure smart phone addiction level. it is 10 items and self reported scale.
goniometery
to measure cervical range of motion of flexion, extension, side bending and rotation.
Cranio-vertebral angle
it is used to measure the degree of forward head posture. the angle will be less than 54 degree.

Secondary Outcome Measures

Propioception
will be measure by laser point method in which sequence of movement will be performed. the deviation from normal pattern will be measure in CM and angle of deviation. there will be two reading one with eye open and 2nd with eye close.
