Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- cerebral palsy
- spastic diplegia
- ambulatory
- stiff knee gait
Exclusion Criteria:
- relevant previous surgery at the legs
- Botulinum-toxin-injections 6 months prior surgery
