Post Traumatic Stress DisorderThe COVID-19 outbreak has been categorized as a pandemic and declared an international public health emergency by WHO. In this context, an exceptional mobilization and a complete reorganization of the organization of the healthcare offer was put in place.The investigators will study the psychological consequences among emergency department (ED) / SAMU (Service d'Aide Médicale Urgente) professionals exposed during the COVID-19 pandemic to high psychological stress due to work overload, changes in practices and fears of contamination.They will evaluate at 9 and 12 months after the end of the second lockdown (July December 2020), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), personal and professional stress, anxiety and depression, burn-out and consumption of anxiolytic products. This is a multi-center study and includes doctors, DE interns and nurses, other paramedics and medical regulatory assistants working in one of the ED or SAMU working during phase 3 of the COVID-19 pandemic. It should make it possible to know the psychological load of the months following the epidemic among health professionals who worked in emergencies during this period and to understand their risk of occurrence of PTSD. These elements are also essential to improve the management of health crises and to put in place preventive measures for health professionals, in particular in anticipation of recurrences, second wave or future new episode.

During widespread vaccination, the education in COVID-19 prevention and vaccination for residents are also crucial. To figure out the influence of education during waiting time of vaccination, we have designed a randomized controlled trial and planned to distribute leaflets and questionnaires to the residents of Xidian (a town in Ninghai, Zhejiang). This study is of great significance for the prevention of COVID-19 pandemic.

This study will describe levels of COVID-19 vaccine response (i.e., Ig spike antibody measurements). Rates of antibody level decay after vaccination will be assessed. The efficacy of using antibody levels to help guide the timing of booster doses among HIV-negative and HIV-positive patients will be evaluated.

SARS-CoV-2 InfectionCOVID-192 moreClinical trials of prevention modalities for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection and coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and pneumonia are underway under separate protocol(s) for close contacts (i.e., household contacts, [e.g.,3502]) of infectious (index) individuals (3502-01). Characterizing the index individuals within households will ascertain the risk of exposure for the contact participant. These data will be used to strengthen the precision of efficacy estimates. This ancillary observational study will assess the cofactors for infectiousness among index individuals whose close contacts are enrolled in COVID-19 prevention clinical trials. Additionally, this study will assess post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection in index individuals that are more than two weeks past their initial diagnosis.

Covid19This is a 48-week, observational study looking to see if the inflammatory process of hypoxemic respiratory failure associated with COVID-19 leads to progressive pulmonary fibrosis. Inpatient, as well as outpatient adults with recent COVID-19 hospitalization will be recruited. Data from hospitalization will be collected and subjects will return to the center for follow-up visits. Subjects will undergo the following procedures: High Resolution Computed Tomography (HRCT) of the chest, Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT), Muscle Strength Measurement, and blood draw for biomolecular data such as biomarkers found in ribonucleic acid (RNA), deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), serum, and plasma. Quality of Life (QoL) measurements will also be collected through the study.
