To measure the immunization rate (seroneutralization) in a population of exposed hospital workers (nursing staff assigned to dedicated COVID-19 care units, laboratory staff handling COVID-19 samples).

Retrospective single center analyses of COVID-19 patients admitted to the ICU between 01/02/2020 and 31/07/2021.

Lung ultrasound has been used to help diagnose COVID-19 as an alternative to CT scanning and chest X-ray. CT scanning is onerous and there are difficulties taking critically unwell patients there as well as decontamination issues. Chest X-ray misses up to 40% of COVID diagnoses. Although lung ultrasound can diagnose, the investigators do not know how long these lung ultrasound changes last. The investigators would like to follow up patients to characterise the pattern of changes and how long they last. This is particularly important given a potential second surge of COVID-19 is looming and the investigators would like to know if lung ultrasound changes are new or old in patients presenting during this second wave and in the future.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of the GlowTest COVID-19 Antigen Home Test in Home Use.

Covid-19 vaccines offered a good opportunity to counteract the spread of Sars-Cov-2 infection among the general population, reducing significantly both morbidity and mortality. Nevertheless, after the first and second doses of vaccination (regardless of the type of vaccine used) several women required gynaecological visits claiming menstrual Irregularities or abnormal uterine bleeding. Considering this anecdotal evidence, a questionnaire was designed to investigate systematically whether menstrual Irregularities or abnormal uterine bleeding occurred in a significant percentage of women undergoing first and second doses of covid-19 vaccination.

The main objective of the study is to assess the level of vaccination coverage (VC) against COVID-19 among migrants, homeless and travelling community, according to their living conditions and housing. The secondary objectives are : to compare the estimated level of vaccination coverage in the different sites and strata (emergency shelters/hotels, camps, workers' hostels, on the street) with the estimated level in the general population of the same territory obtained from the French Health Insurance data (SIVAC). identify the obstacles and leverage of vaccination (i.e. mobile team) according to living conditions and habitat (socio-demographic factors, personal health history, vaccine adherence, local health policies, etc.).

The current state of knowledge shows the presence of respiratory sequelae after acute infection with COVID-19 and the importance of these long-term respiratory dysfunctions have to be determined. Aim of our study is describe diaphragmatic amplitude using diaphragm ultrasonography in patients recovering from SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia at 3 and 6 months after the acute episode.

Inpatient rehabilitation of severe-to-critical COVID-19 patients(A longitudinal, single-center retrospective cohort)

From May 2020 to May 2021, the investigators retrospectively evaluated clinical cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) examinations performed in patients with suspected cardiac involvement post COVID-19. Between May 2021 and August 2021, the investigators evaluated patients with suspected cardiac disease after COVID-19 vaccination.
