The current pandemic caused by the newly identified coronavirus responsible for COVID-19 is a major threat to our populations and societies. Hypothesis/Objective The acquisition of protective immunity at the level of the individual, either through vaccination or natural resolution of the infection, progressively leads at the level of the population to the reduction of the fraction of the population that can be productively infected and transmit the virus, hence, leading to the diminution of the rate of transmission, a phenomenon called herd immunity. Herd immunity was proposed as a strategy to control the infection. However, it remains difficult to model group immunity given the limited knowledge of the interaction between the host immune system with the virus, whose capacity to evolve in face of a neutralizing response is also not known. It is therefore important to acquire a better knowledge of the immunological memory that ensures the resolution of COVID-19 after SARS-CoV2 infection. Method To study single-cell B and T memory cells specific for the anti-SARS-CoV-2 response and characterize somatic mutations of immunoglobulin genes and TCR, in hospitalized and symptomatic patients and in patients cured of SARS-CoV-2.

Behcet' disease (BD) is a chronic inflammatory disease which is characterized by oral and genital ulcers, uveitis and skin lesions. Musculoskeletal involvement such as arthrits, arthralgia, enthesis and sacroiliitis can be seen in course of BD. FMF is an autosomal recessive family disease characterized by abdominal pain, chest pain, joint pain and fever attacks as a result of inflammation of the serous membranes. FMF patients have been shown to experience higher levels of pain, fatigue, depression and anxiety than healthy controls, and this has increased sleep disturbance and reduced quality of life. FMF and BiH have common characteristics such as ethnicity, etiopathogenetic mechanisms, symptoms, and treatment. In December 2019, after the officially detected coronavirus (severe acute respiratory syndrome coranavirus-2 [SARS-CoV-2]) resistant to unknown treatment and rapidly spreading coronavirus in our country on March 11, 2020 in Hubei province of China, the number of cases increased rapidly and virus was isolated in 670 patients within 10 days. Ongoing concerns about the spread of Covid-19 infections have caused many measures to be taken. Among them, social isolation, home quarantine and avoiding collective places are the most important. In our country, in the process of social isolation, the areas of movement of Behçet and FMF patients, like everyone else, were restricted, their stress and anxiety levels increased and their motivation decreased. The aim of our study is to compare the pain, sleep, fatigue, physical activity level and quality of life and question exercise habits before and after the covid-19 outbreak in patients with Behçet and FMF.

Since December 2019, when the novel coronavirus disease (Covid-19) spread throughout the world, data have been needed on the effects of the pandemic on various aspects of healthcare systems. Recommendations for social distancing and quarantine decrees made by local governments, alongside the general public fear from the spread of the virus, are presumed to have markedly affected the trends in hospitals visits. Understanding the exact nature of the effect is critical for better anticipating and preparing health systems in the event of future outbreaks and in the post outbreak period. Therefore we intend to To identify retrospectively all patients who presented to the emergency department at our medical institute between January 1 - March 31 in the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020. We will examine the impact of COVID-19 on the rates of surgical emergency visits, ratio of surgical visits to non-surgical visits, the ratio of severe presentations to non-severe presentations, and the impact of age on ED attendance.

This study asses the frequency of patients with SARS-CoV2 Antibodies (Ab) (seroprevalence) and the neutralizing typology of those Ab (immunoprotection) in children from 7 days to 18 years of age hospitalized for no more than 4 days and whose clinical status requires blood sample regardless of the symptoms Patients are included on a given day, after information, before blood sampling performed as part of the care. 500 µL of sera, normally discarded will be kept to perform SARS-Cov2 serology.

The outbreak of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and the COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease-2019) in December 2019 has led to an unprecedented international health situation. Exceptional measures have been taken by public authorities worldwide in order to slow the spread of the virus and prevent healthcare systems from becoming overloaded. In France, a national lockdown has been established during approximately 2 months to increase social distancing and restrict population movements. Hospital routine care appointments have been cancelled, in order to reallocate medical resources towards COVID-19 units and limit contacts between patients within hospitals or waiting rooms. While the virus itself, the disease and potential treatments are currently extensively studied, little data are available on the effect of these public health decisions on the management of a chronic condition such as diabetes. The French regional CONFI-DIAB study aims at assessing the collateral impact of routine care cancellation during the national lockdown due to COVID-19 in patients with a chronic condition such as diabetes. Special attention will be given to metabolic control and access to health care. This cross-sectional study should provide information on the consequences of a global lockdown and the associated routine care cancellation on the management of diabetes, and inform future decision making in the event of a new pandemic.
