Lung CancerCOVID1 moreObservational, retrospective data collection and prospective IgG analysis, and multicenter study. The main objective of the study is th description of the characteristics and evolution of patients with lung cancer who have acquired COVID-19 infection. For the identification of patients who contract COVID-19 infection, the IgG+ blood test by ELISA method will be used.
COVID-19 Mortality Prediction Model
COVID-19Pneumonia1 moreThe objective of this study is to develop and evaluate an algorithm which accurately predicts mortality in COVID-19, pneumonia and mechanically ventilated ICU patients.
Pulsed Inhaled Nitric Oxide for the Treatment of Patients With Mild or Moderate COVID-19
Coronavirus InfectionCOVID-192 moreThe search for novel therapies to address the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is ongoing. No proven therapies have been identified to prevent progression of the virus. Preliminary data suggest that inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) could have benefit in preventing viral progression and reducing reliance on supplemental oxygen and ventilator support. Expanded access allows for iNO to be delivered via the portable INOpulse delivery system for the treatment of COVID-19.

COVID-19Corona Virus Infection5 moreThis a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial to determine if primary prophylaxis with hydroxychloroquine in healthcare workers reduces symptomatic COVID-19 infection. Healthcare workers will be randomized at a 1:1 allocation between intervention and placebo arms and followed for 12 weeks. This study will enroll up to 1,700 participates in Lafayette, Louisiana. The primary outcome will number of symptomatic COVID-19 infections. Secondary endpoints included number of days healthcare workers are absent from work and rate of severe infection.
Implications of Covid-19 on the Lifestyle Changes
COVID-19Northern Italy has been profoundly touched by the Covid-19 pandemic. To limit the outbreaks of contagion, the Italian government imposed 2.months of complete lock-down, which imposed the social isolation for the whole population and, for those positive to the Covid-19, the complete confinement at home. This study aims to describe the impact of Covid-19 on the lifestyles of a population of Italian adults living in an area of high spread of Sars-CoV-2.
Prognosis in Pregnant With COVID-19
COVID-19Prognostic Factors1 moreCOVID-19 is a disease whose development, prognosis mechanism and immune status are still unknown. The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between clinical and laboratory data and the severity of the disease by evaluating the hematological and radiological features of the patients. The secondary aim is to determine the predictive values of clinical and laboratory data for the severity of COVID-19.
