Study to evaluate the efficacy of Lacosamide (LCM) administered in addition to 1 to ≤3 other Anti-Epileptic Drugs in subjects with epilepsy ≥4 years to <17 years of age who currently have uncontrolled partial onset seizures.

The study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of two doses of pregabalin as add-on treatment in pediatric and adult subjects with Primary Generalized Tonic-Clonic (PGTC) seizures as compared to placebo. It is hypothesized that both doses of pregabalin will demonstrated superior efficacy when compared to placebo by reducing PGTC seizure frequency and that pregabalin will be safe and well tolerated.

Pediatric cerebral malaria (CM) affects more than 3 million children each year killing ~20% and leaving one third of survivors with long term neurologic and psychiatric sequelae. Seizures occur commonly with CM and are associated with an increased risk of death and neuropsychiatric disabilities. In this Malawi-based, dose- escalation, safety and feasibility study of enteral levetiracetam in pediatric CM, the investigators will lay the groundwork for future efficacy studies aimed at improving seizure control and ultimately decreasing the neurologic morbidity of pediatric CM.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the incidence of seizures and monitor the safety of enzalutamide treatment in participants with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) known to have risk factor(s) for seizure.

To assess the long-term effects of levetiracetam on retention rate in subjects with refractory partial onset seizure that are not fully controlled with 1 to 3 concomitant antiepileptic drugs, compared to topiramate as add-on therapy during 52 weeks.

Objective of the First Period: To evaluate the efficacy of Levetiracetam dry syrup at doses up to a maximum of 60 mg/kg/day or 3000 mg/day used as an adjunctive therapy in Japanese pediatric patients (4 to 16 years) with uncontrolled partial seizures despite treatment with 1 or 2 anti-epileptic drug(s).

The purpose of this study is to determine the pharmacokinetics of Diazepam Nasal Spray following a single dose in epileptic patients experiencing a seizure episode.

The hypothesis is that a loading dose of 20 mg/kg and a maintenance dose of 5 mg/kg of Levetiracetam is going to be safe and effective in the treatment of seizures in neonates.

The purpose of this trial is to investigate the safety and tolerability of perampanel in long- term treatment in the patients with refractory partial epilepsy (uncontrolled with other anti-epileptic drugs) who completed Week 10 of Phase II Study E2007-J081-231 study.

This study will compare pregabalin and levetiracetam in patients with partial seizures. It will also evaluate the safety and tolerability of pregabalin and levetiracetam in these patients.
