Improving Neuroprotective Strategy for Ischemic Stroke After Thrombectomy Followed by DELP (INSIST-DELP)...
Ischemic StrokeDelipid Extracorporeal Lipoprotein filter from Plasma (DELP) has been found to improve neurological function and life ability of AIS patients and approved for the treatment of AIS by China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA). Our recent study imply that the neuroprotective effect of DELP involved multiple neuroprotective mechanism such as anti-inflammation, free radical scavenging, and decreasing MMP-9. Based on the multiple mechanisms, DELP was used to investigate the effect on acute ischemic stroke receiving endovascular treatment.
NeVa ONE Registry Study
Acute Ischemic StrokeA prospective, open label study designed to assess the safety, performance and efficacy of thrombus removal in subjects presenting with acute ischemic stroke with the NeVa stent retrievers.
Feasibility Study of the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke Using the NOVIS Transcarotid Neuroprotection...
Acute Ischemic StrokeStudy Objective is to establish the feasibility and safety of the NOVIS Transcarotid Neuroprotection System when used for the transcarotid intervention of patients that have a failed transfemoral endovascular therapy in the case of anterior circulation strokes due to large vessel embolic occlusions.
Robot-Assisted Gait Therapy in the Subacute Phase of First Ischemic Stroke
Ischemic StrokeRobot-assisted gait training (RAGT) represents a modern concept of neurorehabilitation in stroke patients. This single-center randomized parallel-group neurorehabilitation trial with blinded primary outcome assessment is aimed at patients after the first-ever ischaemic stroke in the anterior or posterior cerebral circulation.
Safety and Efficacy of Remote Ischemic Conditioning Combined With Intravenous Thrombolysis for Acute...
Acute Ischemic StrokeThe purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of remote ischemic conditioning combined with intravenous thrombolysis in treating acute ischemic stroke.
Safety and Efficacy Study of Remote Ischemic Conditioning Combined With Endovascular Thrombectomy...
Acute Ischemic StrokeThe purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of remote ischemic conditioning for patients of acute ischemic stroke who underwent endovascular thrombectomy due to large vessel occlusion of anterior circulation.
Adjunctive Intra-arterial Tenecteplase Following Mechanical Thrombectomy Pilot Trial
Ischemic StrokeProspective, single center, non-randomized, pilot study to assess the feasibility of IA TNK following standard of care mechanical thrombectomy (MT) in patients with AIS. Participants will receive IA TNK after achieving mTICI 2b or 2c reperfusion with standard of care MT. Patients enrolled into the study will be followed for 3 months after treatment with IA TNK.
Randomization to Endovascular Treatment Alone or Preceded by Systemic Thrombolysis With Tenecteplase...
StrokeIschemic2 moreA phase III randomized, multi-center, double-blinded, placebo-controlled clinical trial that will examine two strategies for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke associated with a large vessel anterior occlusion within 4.5 hours from symptoms onset: direct endovascular treatment vs. endovascular treatment preceded by intravenous tenecteplase.
NobleStitch EL STITCH Trial is a PFO Comparative Trial
Foramen OvalePatent2 moreSTITCH - Prospective Multi-Center Comparative Parallel Concurrent Study of the NobleStitch™ EL versus FDA-approved Amplatzer Occluder device for closure of Patent Foramen Ovale to prevent recurrent Ischemic stroke.
Efficacy and Safety of LT3001 on Treating the Acute Ischemic Stroke
Acute Ischemic StrokeThis phase II clinical study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LT3001 in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke
