GLAD-AML - Glasdegib (Pf-04449913) With Two Standard Decitabine Regimens for Older Patients With...
ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIAThis multi-center, randomized phase 2 study is designed to evaluate the complete remission (including complete remission with incomplete count recovery) rates of glasdegib in combination with either decitabine on a 5-day or 10-day schedule in patients with newly-diagnosed poor-risk AML who either refuse or are ineligible for intensive therapy.
AflacLL1901 (CHOA-AML)
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAML1 moreThe investigators propose to study an Aflac-AML chemotherapy backbone prospectively to validate its use in all pediatric AML and to further evaluate the cardiotoxicity with this approach for low risk AML.
A Study of CPX-351 (Vyxeos™) With Quizartinib for the Treatment of FLT3-ITD Mutation-Positive Acute...
LeukemiaMyeloid1 moreThis is a research study to be done at multiple sites in participants with advanced acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that have a mutation in Fms-like tyrosine kinase-3 internal tandem duplications (FLT3-ITD). This study is to learn more about an investigational drug, quizartinib, being tested with the anti-cancer medicine CPX-351 (also called Vyxeos™), which is approved and widely used to treat AML. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability and survival of patients receiving the combination of CPX-351 and quizartinib.
Study of Alvocidib in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory AML Following Treatment With Venetoclax...
Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of alvocidib in patients with AML who have either relapsed from or are refractory to venetoclax in combination with azacytidine or decitabine.
A Phase 1 Trial of CD33xCD3 BsAb in Pediatric Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid...
AMLChildhoodPediatric patients (<21 years at study entry) with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) will be treated with CD33*CD3 a bispecific antibody to investigate the safety and tolerability of the drug.
Continuous Infusion Chemotherapy (CI-CLAM) for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid...
Myeloid NeoplasmRecurrent Acute Myeloid Leukemia1 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of a chemotherapy regimen given by continuous intravenous infusion (CI-CLAM), and to see how well it works in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory) or other high-grade myeloid neoplasms. Drugs used in CI-CLAM include cladribine, cytarabine and mitoxantrone, and work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Continuous intravenous infusion involves giving drugs over a time duration of equal to or more than 24 hours. Giving CLAM via continuous infusion may result in fewer side effects and have similar effectiveness when compared to giving CLAM over the shorter standard amount of time.
Prexasertib in Combination With MEC in Relapsed/Refractory AML and High Risk MDS - a Phase I Trial...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplastic SyndromesThis research study is studying a targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy as a possible treatment for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or high risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The drugs involved in this study are: Prexasertib (LY2606368) Mitoxantrone Etoposide Cytarabine
Metformin+Cytarabine for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory AML
Adult Acute Megakaryoblastic Leukemia (M7)Adult Acute Minimally Differentiated Myeloid Leukemia (M0)15 moreThe purpose of the study is to determine if metformin in combination with cytarabine is safe and effective. Participants in this research study have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back after initial treatment or has not gone away with initial therapy. There is evidence that metformin directly kills leukemia cells. Laboratory data have also shown that combinations of metformin with cytarabine are more efficient than each agent alone in killing leukemia cells in the laboratory.
A Study of Decitabine (DACOGEN) in Sequential Administration With Cytarabine in Children With Relapsed...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaThe purpose of this study is to examine the safety and efficacy of decitabine in sequential administration with cytarabine in children with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
Entospletinib Monotherapy and in Combination With Chemotherapy in Adults With Acute Myeloid Leukemia...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaThis study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of entospletinib when administered as monotherapy or in combination with chemotherapy in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
