The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of the NanoKnife Low Energy Direct Current (LEDC) System when used to treat unresectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Safety will be reviewed by means of analysis of adverse events, including serious adverse events, laboratory data, physician exam findings, and vital signs.

Hsp90 inhibitor AUY922 and erlotinib hydrochloride may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of Hsp90 inhibitor AUY922 when given together with erlotinib hydrochloride and to see how well it works in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV non-small cell lung cancer.

The role of systemic chemotherapy in advanced biliary tract cancer (BTC) is known to be very limited although various single-agent or combination therapies had been tested. However, there is a possibility that palliative chemotherapy induce prolong survival and improve quality of life in advanced BTC based on several studies. A GERCOR study showed the promising result of gemcitabine in combination with oxaliplatin as first line chemotherapy in advanced BTC. Therefore, this phase II trial was planned to investigate efficacy and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with gemcitabine and dose adjusted oxaliplatin in patients with inoperable BTC in Korea.

This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of everolimus when given together with sorafenib tosylate and to see how well they work in treating patients with advanced solid tumors and metastatic pancreatic cancer that does not respond to gemcitabine hydrochloride. Sorafenib tosylate and everolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Sorafenib tosylate may also stop the growth of pancreatic cancer by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Giving sorafenib tosylate together with everolimus may kill more tumor cells.

Sunitinib in Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer and Treated With FOLFIRI

This trial will be conducted to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of SUNITINIB as add-on therapy with a widely used second-line palliative FOLFIRI chemotherapy in patients with chemo-refractory advanced or metastatic adenocarcinoma of stomach or lower esophagus (mGC). There is a clear scientific rationale for the use of Sunitinib to treat patients with mGC. Despite recent therapeutic advances, the median overall survival (OS) in patients with mG is still ≤ 12 months. Therefore, newer agents with novel mechanisms of action are desperately needed for treatment of these patients.
