A Study of Fractionated 90Y-hPAM4 Plus Gemcitabine in Pancreatic Cancer Patients Receiving at Least...
Metastatic Pancreatic AdenocarcinomaPancreatic Cancer1 more90Y-hPAM4 is administered weekly for 3 weeks combined with 4 weekly doses of gemcitabine to assess. This is a dose escalation study of 90Y-hPAM4 to assess which dose is safe and effective as 3rd line treatment for patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer. Patients are then followed weekly for 12 weeks and afterwards for up to 1 year.

Prostate CancerThis is a single-blind, randomized, cross-over design. Patients with metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma; newly diagnosed, high-risk patients with prostate adenocarcinoma; and healthy subjects will be administered a single intravenous dose of each of the study drugs 99mTc MIP 1404 and 99mTc MIP 1405 administered approximately 14 to 21 days apart.

Confocal Endomicroscopy for Barrett's Esophagus

Adjuvant Chemoradiation Therapy for Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma
Stomach CancerGastric Cancer1 moreThe main purpose of this trial is to determine how well patients with gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma respond to chemotherapy with epirubicin, cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil followed by continuous infusion 5-fluorouracil chemotherapy given along with radiation therapy.

Radiolabeled Monoclonal Antibody Therapy in Treating Patients With Gastrointestinal Cancer
Colorectal CancerEsophageal Cancer2 moreRATIONALE: Radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies can locate tumor cells and deliver tumor-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. This may be an effective treatment for gastrointestinal cancer. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of radiolabeled monoclonal antibody therapy in treating patients who have gastrointestinal cancer.

Neoadjuvant Therapy for Localized Rectal Adenocarcinoma
Rectal AdenocarcinomaThis study is a prospective, single-arm, single-center study of investigator's choice of total neoadjuvant therapy (TNT) or neoadjuvant chemoradiation in locally advanced rectal cancer. The standard of care for rectal adenocarcinomas that are triiodothyronine-thyroxine (T3-T4) or node positive has generally been comprised of neoadjuvant chemoradiation, followed by surgical resection and then adjuvant chemotherapy. More recently, TNT, comprised of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and chemoradiation followed by surgical resection, has been increasingly used as a standard therapy approach. While the use of TNT is increasingly common, prospective study of outcomes following TNT has been limited. Moreover, there are not any biomarkers known at this time that impact clinical decision-making or personalization of therapy in the treatment of rectal cancer. In this study, we will collect pre-treatment rectal adenocarcinoma specimens and determine clinical outcome, including pathologic complete response rate, post-treatment pathologic downstaging rate, recurrence-free survival (RFS), overall survival (OS) and neoadjuvant rectal score, among patients who are treated with standard neoadjuvant chemoradiation or TNT, with an aim to investigate how baseline biomarkers and changes in biomarkers with standard therapies may be associated with, and modulate, clinical outcomes.

MRI Effects of Pegvorhyaluronidase Alfa (PEGPH20) in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma
