Achilles tendinitis is a common condition that cause pain along back of leg near the heal. It is an overuse injury of the Achilles tendon, the band of tissue that connect calf muscles at the back of the lower leg to heel bone. There are number of treatment approaches to relieve pain in Achilles tendonitis . Insufficient literature has discuss the combine effect of myofascial release with eccentric resistance. So the aim of the study is to compare the effect of myofascial release with eccentric resistance and without eccentric resistance on pain , range of motion and functional disability in patient with Achilles tendinitis

The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of exercise and oral corticosteroids the treatment of a FS.

Background: Adhesive capsulitis (AC) is a common musculoskeletal disease characterized by pain and limitation of movement in the shoulders of patients. Purpose: This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of short- and long-term therapeutic ultrasound (US) and high-intensity laser therapy (HILT) in the treatment of AC. Methods: A total of 60 patients with AC were randomized into two groups. Group I received US (15 sessions in total) and Group II received HILT (9 sessions in total) for 3 weeks. In addition, all the patients received 15 sessions of physical therapy programs (hot pack, TENS and therapeutic exercises). Assessments were made using VAS-Pain, Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) and range of motion (ROM) with goniometer before and at the end of the treatment and in the posttreatment 1st and 6th months.

Objective: We aim to compare the efficiency of the ultrasonography-guided suprascapular nerve block (SSNB) and ultrasonography-guided intra-articular shoulder injection (IAI) techniques in terms of pain and functional status in the treatment of adhesive capsulitis. Design: 60 patients with adhesive capsulitis were divided into two groups: SSNB and IAI. Both groups received an injection of 1 ml of 40 mg of triamcinolone acetonide and 9 ml of 0.5% bupivacaine hydrochloride. The patients' Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) scores, shoulder active and passive range of motions (ROM), and visual analog scale (VAS) scores were evaluated before and after the injection in the 1st week, 4th week, and 12th week.

Trochanteric bursitis is a common condition, effecting 20% of the population. \Most with trochanteric bursitis experience chronic intermittent or continuous hip pain at and around the greater trochanter. The cause of trochanteric bursitis is believed to be a result of inflammation of the bursa, though this has not been confirmed. Accordingly, the use of corticosteroid injections has been shown to provide considerable relief. However, routine "blind" injections, those performed without the aid of imaging, such as fluoroscopy, have shown limited success in the appropriate needle placement. Fortunately, blind injections have yielded positive results in majority of the cases. Additionally, the use of fluoroscopy has not shown to improve clinical outcome for trochanter bursa injections. Although the use of fluoroscopy has not shown positive benefit, other modes of imaging, such as ultrasound have not been studied and may be more useful. Fluoroscopy allows for bony-landmark based injections. Ultrasound allows for direct visualization of the soft tissue structures such as the bursa and has gained significant support for use in musculoskeletal injections. This prospective blinded study's aim is to evaluate, if any, the benefit of an ultrasound guided injection and whether ultrasound should be routinely used during trochanter bursa injections.
