Prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled, multicenter of 3 active treatment groups, compared to 1 placebo group, for the determination of the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous immunotherapy in patients with mild to moderate asthma and allergic rhinitis/rhinoconjunctivitis (intermittent or persistent) due to hypersensitivity to house dust mites (Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and / or D. farinae) and grass pollen

This study is being conducted to assess the safety and tolerability of relugolix with other agents approved for use in combination with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) for a 12-week treatment period and an additional 40-week safety extension period in men with prostate cancer, either metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) or non-metastatic or metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC or mCRPC).

This phase II trial studies the effect of talazoparib with androgen deprivation therapy and abiraterone in treating castration sensitive prostate cancer patients. Talazoparib is an inhibitor of PARP, an enzyme that helps repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) when it becomes damaged. Blocking PARP may help keep tumor cells from repairing their damaged DNA, causing them to die. PARP inhibitors are a type of targeted therapy. Androgen can cause the growth of prostate tumor cells. Degarelix, leuprolide acetate, bicalutamide, goserelin acetate, and abiraterone lowers the amount of androgen made by the body. This may help stop the growth of tumor cells that need androgen to grow. Giving talazoparib with androgen deprivation therapy and abiraterone may improve cancer control for patients with castration sensitive prostate cancer.

The purpose of the study is to determine if the intermittent use of androgen-deprivation therapy (ADT) in participants with metastatic castrate-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) who reached a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level < 0.2 nanograms/millilitres (ng/mL) after 6 months of treatment with apalutamide and ADT combination therapy provides non-inferior radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS) and a reduced burden of hot flashes measured as 18-month percent change in severity adjusted hot flash score.

Oral immunotherapy(OIT) is effective in desensitized food allergy. OIT protocols are not standardized, and a wide heterogeneity exists in the literature . So the purpose of our study is to compare short term unresponsiveness rate between once daily dose and four times/week dose during one year maintenance phase of wheat OIT

The proposed research project will evaluate a novel behavioral intervention that promotes early adolescent food allergy self-management and adjustment through 1) food allergy education, 2) problem-solving, communication, assertiveness, and anxiety management skill building, and 3) peer support.

Evaluate whether the combination of Rezvilutamide and androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) with docetaxel improves overall survival (OS) in patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) compared to the combination of Rezvilutamide and ADT.

The current study seeks to test differences between a single-session large-group format of standard exposure, enhanced exposure, and a control condition in treating anxiety sensitivity. It is hypothesized that 1) participants assigned to either exposure condition will evidence greater reductions in anxiety sensitivity from pre-treatment to posttreatment relative to those in the control condition; 2) participants assigned to the enhanced exposure condition will evidence greater reductions in anxiety sensitivity from pre-treatment to posttreatment relative to those in the standard exposure condition. The investigators will test putative moderators and mechanisms of action. Prior to initiating the study for purposes of data analyses, the investigators will pilot study procedures during Spring 2020.

Non-pharmaceutical therapies, such as acupuncture, hydrotherapy, and meditative exercises (such as Qigong (including Tai Chi and Ba-Duan-Jin), have been shown to reduce pain and improve physical function. The management recommendations of fibromyalgia issued by the European Union, Canada, Germany and Israel have all affirmed the "first-line" role of Non-pharmaceutical therapy. Because of its good efficacy and safety, acupuncture therapy has been recommended in the management guidelines and has broad application prospects. Warm acupuncture is a therapy combining acupuncture and moxibustion, which is widely used in the treatment of various painful diseases in China, especially for cold-sensitive patients . This study aims to observe the safety and effectiveness of warm acupuncture in the treatment of cold-sensitive fibromyalgia patients, in order to provide a more alternative non-drug therapy for this particular type of patients with fibromyalgia .
