Thoracic Aortic AneurysmAortic Dissection1 moreA prospective, single-center, non-blind, non-randomized safety and feasibility study of the hybrid repair of thoracic aortic pathologies requiring repair of the aortic arch proximal to the origin of innominate artery.
Post-Approval Study of the TREO Abdominal Stent-Graft System
Abdominal Aortic AneurysmThe purpose of this study is to determine the long-term performance of the TREO Abdominal Stent-Graft as a treatment for patients with Infrarenal Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms or Aorto-iliac Aneurysms.
Ketamine in Patients Undergoing TEVAR Procedures Receiving NCI
Descending Aortic DissectionPostoperative Pain1 moreThe objective of this study is to identify the opioid-sparing effects, and pain-reduction potential of low dose, sub-dissociative ketamine on patients undergoing thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) procedures receiving naloxone continuous infusion (NCI).
Physician-modified Endovascular Graft for Repair of Complex Thoracoabdominal and Abdominal Aortic...
Juxtarenal Aortic AneurysmSuprarenal Aortic Aneurysm1 moreThe primary objective of this study is to assess the use of a physician-modified Cook Alpha Thoracic Endovascular Graft in the repair of complex aortic aneurysms and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms and aneurysms secondary to aortic dissections in high-risk patients having appropriate anatomy. The primary intent of the study is to assess the safety and preliminary effectiveness of the device. Additionally, the study will assess renal function, radiation exposure, and quality of life.
First In Human Study for Small to Medium-sized Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)
Abdominal Aortic AneurysmAAA1 moreThis is a first in human study to evaluate the safety and clinical utility of an investigational medical device called the Nectero EAST System to treat Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms or AAA.

Complex Abdominal Aortic AneurysmThoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm2 moreThe purpose of this study is to gather safety and effectiveness of the Zenith t-Branch and customized physician-specified stent-graft with a combination of fenestrations and/or branches to repair aortic aneurysm.
Physician Modified Endovascular Grafts
Abdominal Aortic AneurysmsThe primary objectives of this study are to determine whether physician modified endovascular grafts are a safe and effective method of treating patients with elective, symptomatic or ruptured juxtarenal aortic aneurysms in those patients considered to be unsuitable candidates for open surgical repair and have no other options for treatment.

Limiting AAA With Metformin (LIMIT) Trial
Abdominal Aortic AneurysmIn this research, the investigators are looking at the effects of a drug called metformin may have on the growth of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA)s. AAA is an abnormal enlargement of the aorta, which is the large artery in the abdomen (stomach area). The enlargement of the aorta carries a risk that it will rupture and cause life-threatening bleeding in the abdomen (belly). In this study the investigators hope to learn how metformin is associated with the enlargement or change in size of the AAA in study participants. Smaller studies have suggested that metformin may reduce the rate at which aortic aneurysms enlarge. This study will test this question: does metformin prevent AAAs from growing larger?
