The purpose of this study is to assess safety and effectiveness of the p64 MW HPC or p48 MW HPC Flow Modulation Device under Dual Antiplatelet Medication.

This study aims to determine the inter- and intra-variability of Transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasound in neuro-critical care patients who are planned for consecutive daily TCD evaluations.

Purpose: Examination of microangiopathic changes that may develop after flow-directed stenting of intracranial aneurysms with susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI), and vessel wall imaging (VWI) of vessel wall inflammation that may be associated with stenosis in the stented vessel and rupture of the aneurysm. Methods: SWI and VWI examinations will be performed before and after treatment in patients who are planned for flow-directing aneurysm treatment. Clinical follow-up of the cases will be performed during the first 3 months post-procedure. At the end of the 3rd month, SAG and DDG findings related to and unrelated to intracranial hemorrhage will be detected by control imaging.

A multi-center, prospective, single-arm, non-randomized, post-market, observational study. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of the Surpass Streamline Flow Diverter System (FDS) in the treatment of unruptured large and giant (≥ 10 mm) saccular wide-neck (neck width ≥ 4 mm) or fusiform intracranial aneurysms in the internal carotid artery from the petrous segment to the terminus arising from a parent vessel with a diameter ≥ 2.5 mm to ≤ 5.3 mm.

Post market surveillance registry

The primary goal of the trial is to investigate whether the experimental arms (receiving the P2Y12 inhibitor Ticagrelor) compared with the control arm (taking dual antiplatelet therapy) could reduce bleeding complications in patients with intracranial aneurysms undergoing Stent-Assisted Coiling.
