Shockwave Treatment for Advanced Angina in Maastricht
AnginaThere is an increasing number of patients with a coronary anatomy that does not allow additional revascularization procedures, while the patients suffer from angina pectoris at rest or at minimal exercise levels despite optimised medical therapy. There is a lack of therapeutic options for this group of so called "no-option patients". Goal of the project is to implement the shockwave therapy for no-option coronary artery disease patients and to evaluate its potential benefit on regional myocardial perfusion, on regional myocardial function and on the potential improvement in symptoms and quality of life.
Efficacy and Safety of Salvianolate Injection in Elderly Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris...
Unstable AnginaThis parallel, double blind, randomized, controlled, multi-center study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of salvianolate injection in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.
Research on the Clinical Effect of Shuanghe Decoction in Treating Unstable Angina.
Unstable AnginaThis study evaluates the clinical efficacy of Shuanghe Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina. All of the patients will be divided into 2 arms randomly. One of the arms will be treated by conventional western medicine, and the other one will be treated by Shuanghe Decoction at the base of conventional western medicine.

Randomized "All-comer" Evaluation of a Permanent Polymer Resolute Integrity Stent Versus a Polymer...
Stable Angina PectorisAcute Coronary SyndromeThe study objective is to assess the safety and efficacy of the Permanent Polymer Zotarolimus-Eluting Stent Resolute Integrity™ to the Polymer Free Amphilimus-Eluting Stent Cre8™ compared in an all-comer patient population. 1 month of dual antiplatelet duration will be applied in stable angina pectoris patients. Myocardial infarction patient population will be treated with 12 months of dual antiplatelet therapy.
Drug Eluting Balloon for Treatment of Unstable Angina
AnginaUnstableThis study was to investigate the effect and safety of drug eluting balloon combined for treatment of unstable angina.
Treatment of Reperfusion Event by Vitamin C Infusion
Angina PectorisPrimary Hypothesis: Prophylactic Vitamin C Intravenous Infusion at the time of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) would limit the size of the infarct, assessed by measurements of cardiac biomarkers, during acute myocardial infarction. Secondary Hypotheses: Prophylactic Vitamin C Intravenous Infusion at the time of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) would limit the size of the infarct, as measured by the area of delayed hyperenhancement that was seen on cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), assessed on day 5 after infarction, during acute myocardial infarction.
Efficiency of a New Therapy to Treat Stenosis of Coronary Vessels in Comparison With Two Already...
Stable or Unstable Angina PectorisMyocardial IschemiaThe aim of the study is to examine the efficacy of Paclitaxel injection after a stent implantation in patients with stenosis in native coronary arteries to prevent restenosis in comparision with two admitted therapies.
