Prospective (analysis of retrospective data), multi-center, observational, single-arm study. This structure was selected as the "worst case" due to the fact that it represents real life usage of invasive FFR measurement is performed mostly in "gray zone" cases, which are that their severity cannot be determined intuitively and based on the physician eyeball. By using real-world historical data of invasive FFR, the analysis of the obtained data can ensure that the study results are expected to include invasive FFR results that are in the grey zone, when invasive FFR is used in real life and represent the real expected use of the product. Furthermore, the analysis of the data obtained in the studies with these similar devices measuring FFR obtained from angiograms was actually performed in a retrospective manner. That is, although the angiographic images and pressure wire recordings were obtained in real-time, due to the need to mark the vessel in real-time and obtain specific projections during the procedure without which the FFR cannot be calculated, the primary endpoint (sensitivity and specificity) and accuracy were determined in all studies by a post-hoc review by a similar independent QCA core laboratory. The invasive FFR data, as well as the software generated FFR data were reviewed post-hoc by a core laboratory or even at the company.

A Study of Characterizing Cognitive Decline and Functional Cardiac Senescence in Healthy Korean...

AgingMild Cognitive Impairment1 more

Although aging process appears to be generally characterized, investigators have been paid much attention to the specific target molecules, which leads to discover the clinical markers of the senescence. The present study is to investigate the clinical and biological profile of cognitive decline and functional cardiac senescence in healthy middle aged and elderly Korean volunteers. This study was conducted as a cross-sectional, single-center, comparative clinical study. Each volunteer was given informed consent for checking cognition and cardiac function. Blood and urine samples were collected to analyze genome, proteome, and metabolome to assess cognition and cardiac function of its muscle enzymes.

Cardiogenesis Transmyocardial Revascularization Registry

Class IV Angina

The objectives of the registry are as follows: Track "real world" performance outcomes and physician experience using the Cardiogenesis Laser System; Further define the disease characteristics of the population being treated; Examine transmyocardial revascularization (TMR) usage characteristics and 30-day outcomes; Further assess the 30-day postoperative risk factors for adverse events. To limit the potential for bias, all patients eligible for TMR treatment who meet the Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria are to be offered the opportunity to enroll in the study at participating centers.

Amlodipine/Atorvastatin (Caduet®) Drug Use Investigation (Regulatory Post Marketing Commitment Plan)...

HypertensionAngina Pectoris2 more

In this survey, to collect the safety and efficacy information of Amlodipine /Atorvastatin (Caduet® Combination Tablets) in daily medical practice will be examined. In addition, the necessity of special Investigation and post-marketing clinical studies will be examined, while investigating unexpected adverse drug reactions during the survey period and understanding of the status of frequency of adverse drug reactions in daily medical practice.

Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Versus Medical Treatment for Stable Angina Pectoris

Coronary Heart DiseaseStable Angina1 more

Patients with ischemic heart disease and symptoms due to lack of oxygen to the heart on exertion (stable angina pectoris) are usually treated by either percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or optimal medical therapy (OMT) alone. In patients with mild to moderate coronary artery disease the prognostic impact of PCI is probably limited. Furthermore it is unclear which treatment is superior in terms of relieving symptoms (PCI or OMT). In this trial, patients with mild to moderate coronary artery disease will be randomized to PCI or sham-PCI. All patients will undergo optimal medical therapy. It is hypothesized that PCI is superior to sham-PCI in patients with stable angina pectoris undergoing optimal medical therapy in terms of symptom-relief.

Time Gain in the Diagnosis Myocardial Infarction by Troponin Point of Care Testing in the Emergency...

Non STEMIAngina Pectoris6 more

The investigators prospectively want to compare 3 clinical tests for measuring blood troponin levels in patients presenting to the emergency room with thoracic pain probably related to a myocardial infarction with regard to the time necessary to obtain the test results. The tests are one laboratory based test and two point of care tests.

Danish Study of Non-Invasive Diagnostic Testing in Coronary Artery Disease 2

Angina PectorisAtherosclerosis2 more

In a cohort of symptomatic patients referred to coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA), the investigators aim: To investigate and compare the diagnostic precision of Rubidium Positron Emission Tomography (Rb PET) and 3 Tesla Cardiac Magnetic Resonance imaging (3T CMRI) in patients where CCTA does not exclude significant coronary artery disease (CAD) using invasive coronary angiography with fractional flow reserve (ICA-FFR) as reference standard. To evaluate the diagnostic precision of quantitative flow ratio (QFR) and ICA-FFR in patients where CCTA does not exclude significant CAD using Rb PET and 3T CMRI as reference standard. To show superiority for the CADScor®System compared to the Diamond-Forrester score in detection of CAD with CCTA and ICA quantitative coronary angiography (ICA-QCA) as reference standard. To study the diagnostic accuracy of computed tomography fractional flow reserve (CT-FFR) in patients where CCTA does not exclude significant CAD with ICA-FFR as reference standard. To identify and characterize genetic risk variants´ and circulating biomarkers´ importance in developing CAD. To evaluate the bone mineral density in the hip and spine and correlate this to the degree of vascular calcification.
