The primary aims of this study are to assess: The inter-rater and test-retest reliability of the MINI-KID The validity of the standard MINI-KID interview in relation to the parent rated pencil/paper version (MINI-KID-P) and th longer clinician rated "Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia for School Aged Children-Present and Lifetime Version (K-SADS-PL) and "expert opinion" (when available). Secondary aims will include evaluating the concordance between: The Children's Global Assessment Scale (a required part of the K-SADS) with the clinician-rated Sheehan Disability Scale (to be administered with the MINI-KID) as a measure of illness severity.

This study will explore the dynamic interaction between mental resilience, anxiety and depression in elderly patients with gastric cancer 1 year after surgery, in order to better understand the role of these two factors in patients' mental health, and provide accurate insights for clinical practice and targeted psychological support strategies.

This study is about assessing the impact of reading previous patients' stories related to their hip or knee replacement surgery on patients' preoperative anxiety and sleep. This provision of previous patients' stories is part of an ongoing perioperative QI project in the regional anesthesiology division.

This study aims to identify the preference of the class modalities (classroom or online) in undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, to explore if the presence of any mental state alterations such as depression or anxiety due to the COVID-19 pandemic can alter their perception of academic performance.

Many studies are present about the preoperative anxiety among patients. But the preoperative anxiety of the surgeons is not studied yet. The aim of this study is to evaluate the preoperative anxiety of the surgeons.100 surgeons consisted of performing operations in general surgery, obstetric and gynecology , orthopedic surgery ,ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, urology, gynecologic oncology, surgical oncology, cardiovascular surgery, pediatric surgery and neurosurgery will be participated in the study. Surgeons will be chosen from the specialist doctor, assistant doctor, doctor lecturer, associate professor and professors.15 minutes prior to the first elective operation of the day, salivary cortisol samples will be taken from the surgeons and they will be asked to fill the evaluation form and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory Form (STAI).

Background: Researchers think that people s mental health and behavior will be very affected by the steps taken to slow the spread of COVID-19, such as social distancing. Also, the threat of disease and death, to people and their loved ones, can cause much stress. Researchers want to learn more about these stressors and how they are affecting people. Objective: To study the relationship of affective, cognitive, and behavioral responses to stressors related to COVID-19 with neuroimaging and behavioral data collected before COVID-19. Eligibility: English-speaking adults age 18 and older Design: This online study will include both new participants and those who have taken part in past National Institute of Mental Health studies. All will complete the same surveys and tasks. Participants will give their name and email address. They will get a username and password. The file that links their username to their personal data will be kept secure. Participants will complete a set of surveys about the following: Sociodemographic data, such age, race, and income Education and work status Mental and medical illness and treatment Family medical history Mood COVID-19 experience Anxiety Substance and alcohol use Attention control Other mental health related topics. Participants will complete a finger-tapping task. For this, they will press a key a certain number of times in a limited period. They will get to practice the task. After the task, they will complete a survey about it. It will take about 1 hour to complete the surveys and the task. About 8 months later, participants will be contacted to repeat the surveys and task. Compensation is provided.

Introduction: Dental anxiety (DA) is treatable and preventable when dental personnel correctly estimate the patient's level of DA. Objective: To evaluate dental personnel's ability to estimate DA.

The investigators predict that decreased heart rate variability and poor sleep quality will be significantly correlated with higher self-reported anxiety following brain injury.

Throughout their career, the medical abilities of airline pilots are regularly assessed. This population is exposed to occupational constraints and risks, in particular psychosocial, and could constitute a population at risk of developing anxiety and/or depressive disorders. However, mental health remains difficult to apprehend in this population because of a strong stigmatization of mental disorders and the risk of loss of medical certification to fly. In the literature, there are very few studies dealing with mental disorders in airline pilots and the results are heterogeneous, with a prevalence of anxiety and/or depressive disorders ranging from 1.9 to 12.6%. There is no study of this type among airline pilots employed in France. Therefore it seems useful to determine the prevalence of anxiety and/or depressive disorders in this population and to describe the co-factors associated with these disorders.

The objective of this study is to collect data to improve the sensitivity and specificity of Kintsugi Voice's (formerly KiVATM) predictions on audio files. A web-based audio recording tool will be used to record voice sample and ask participants the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 questions. A voluntary subset of participants will then be assessed by mental health professionals with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D) and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) scores.
