The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact on preoperative anxiety of an education and information program conducted prior to non-urgent coronary angiography performed in patients hospitalized at the Nîmes University Hospital.

This study will look at how pre-test anxiety levels affect the reproducibility of symptoms during routine urodynamic testing in women. Urodynamics is a test that assesses the function of the lower urinary tract, including the bladder.

The aim of the study is to evaluate the effect of a one-month supplementation with Phytostandard® Eschscholtzia and valerian on the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), in insomniac so-called adjustment subjects (occasional or short-term insomnia)

Randomized, blind parallel group design. Single intake of 55 g high Epicatechin /Melissa dark chocolate containing 160 mg Epicatechin per 55 g serving or single intake of 55 g low Epicatechin/ oat bran white chocolate containing < 0,00045 mg Epicatechin per 55 g serving. A Total of 128 participants, 64 in each group, approx. equal number of male and female. There will be replacement of Drop-Outs until data from 128 participants are completed. The primary endpoints will be performance in a pictorial memory task and a verbal memory task . The secondary endpoints will be performance in a working memory test, Saliva cortisol, Visual analog scales assessing, anxiety, confidence, interference, solicitude, and excitement.

Therapies delivered via technology have been developed to improve accessibility, however, there is limited research regarding messaging therapy in particular, and none that we know of utilizing a longitudinal effectiveness design. The aim of this study was to investigate the overall effectiveness of messaging therapy, identify any contributors to its effectiveness, and to evaluate a dosage effect for this type of treatment.

Spinal anaesthesia results in blockade of sympathetic efferent neurones. Patients with higher baseline sympathetic activation have been shown to have more marked hypotension after spinal anaesthesia.
