Repository of Phase Signals for Algorithm Development and Testing in CAD in CHINA

The primary objective of this study is to build a repository of resting cardiac phase space signals from eligible subjects using the Phase Signal Recorder (PSR) prior to coronary angiography for the purposes of machine-learning and testing algorithms developed by Analytics 4 Life. Male and Female subjects will be uniquely and consecutively enrolled into one group to support populating a repository of phase signals.

This Post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) study is designed as retrospective, multi-center study to collect real-life data. A multi-center design is used to ensure a representative sample of the physicians who have performed the procedure and to provide a reasonable enrolment period for the required data to be collected. The rationale of this study is to confirm and support the clinical safety and performance of any of these products in a real-word population of 200 patients who underwent an endovascular intervention within standard-of-care (SOC) where at least 1 of the products (named above) from Cordis US Corp were used.

Risk Factors for Predictors of MACEs After RA-CABG

As the secondary choice of artery grafts, radial artery is more and more used to achieve multiple arterial revascularization in CABG. Risk factors for predictors of major cardiovascular adverse events (MACE) after CABG using radial-artery grafts (RA-CABG), however, remain uncertain. This case-control study aims to identify the baseline predictors of MACE after RA-CABG. We will collect the baseline characteristics and perioperative data of patients underwent RA-CABG from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2019 in our single center. By reviewing the latest follow-up records, we will examine the correlation between the baseline characteristics and clinical outcomes (MACEs), then identify the independent risk factors for predictors of MACEs after RA-CABG.

As a multi-center, retrospective observation study in southern China, this study included the main study population of patients who underwent coronary angiography at 5 hospitals from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yangjiang, Maoming and Longyan from January 2000 to Decemeber 2020. The hospitalization information was collected in the form of direct derivation of the case, and cardiac and renal adverse events were collected through outpatient system. Data on all-cause death were obtained from the Guangdong Provincial Public Security and matched to the electronic Clinical Management System of the Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital records.

Coronary artery bypass graft surgery is the standard surgical treatment for coronary disease. However, there is no consensus on analgesic management in patients undergoing CABG. The aim of the study is to evualuate efficacy of bilateral transversus thoracis muscle plane (TTMP) block combined with systemic analgesia, compared to systemic analgesia only, in patients undergoing elective on-pump CABG surgery. Our main hypothesis is that a bilateral TTMP block performed after CABG surgery could reduce morphine consumption during the first 48 hours. The investigators conducted an age, gender and type of surgery-matched retrospective cohort study in the Montpellier University Hospital (France).

Coronary physiologic assessments by the pressure-derived fractional flow reserve (FFR) have become standard methods for identifying hemodynamic deprivation in coronary arterial stenosis for evidence-based percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Invasive physiologic indices-guidance enables on-site real time assessment for functional significance of epicardial coronary stenosis and the use of those indices has shown to be effective to guide treatment decision. Several studies further support the role of post-PCI FFR measurement as a functional marker of residual disease after PCI and prognostic indicator of patients. Although optimal cut-off values of post-PCI FFR varied across studies, an inverse relationship between post-PCI FFR and the risk of future clinical events have been reported consistently. Recently, non-hyperemic pressure ratios (NHPRs) have been introduced in clinical practice. Although there are several different NHPRs, previous studies consistently indicated that those NHPRs shares similar diagnostic performance and prognostic implications. Nevertheless, few reports were available for clinical relevance of NHPRs in evaluation of post-PCI status. In this context, we will evaluate the physiologic characteristics and prognostic implication of post-PCI NHPRs and compare with those of post-PCI FFR in patients who underwent angiographically successful PCI with 2nd generation drug-eluting stent implantation (DES).

The demographic variables and periodontal parameters were assessed and correlated with expression of micro-RNA 146-a. Study objective - to assess the efficacy, tolerability and adherence of bisoprolol/perindopril FDC in patients with HT and stable CAD in everyday practice. Type of the program: multicenter, observational, uncontrolled, open program. The program will involve 480 general practitioners (GPs) and cardiologists from the primary care facilities.Each doctor includes four patients. It is planned to include not less than 1920 patients in total.
