A Trial of NNC0109-0012, an Anti-IL-20 Biologic, in Patients With Active Rheumatoid Arthritis Who...
InflammationRheumatoid ArthritisThis trial is conducted in Europe, North America and South America. The aim of this trial is to investigate the clinical efficacy of NNC0109-0012, a human monoclonal antibody, compared to placebo when administered as weekly s.c. (subcutaneous, under the skin) injections to patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who are inadequate responders to anti-TNFa biologics and are on a stable background of methotrexate (MTX) therapy.
Efficacy, Pharmacokinetics, and Safety of BI 695500 in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis
ArthritisRheumatoidThe primary objectives of this trial are (1) To show PK (Pharmacokinetic) similarity of BI 695500 to rituximab. (2)To establish statistical equivalence of efficacy of BI 695500 and rituximab, in patients with moderately to severely active RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis), based on the change in Disease Activity Score 28 (DAS28) score measured at 24 weeks compared to Baseline and the American College of Rheumatology 20% (ACR20) response rate at Week 24.
Safety Study of Abatacept to Treat Rheumatoid Arthritis (B)
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe purpose of this study is to compare the incidence rates of targeted infections, malignancies and mortality among patients with rheumatoid arthritis who are treated with abatacept and those who are treated with other anti-rheumatic medications.
Ultrasound and Withdrawal of Biological DMARDs in Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid Arthritisbiological DMARDs may be stopped in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) patients treated with a combination of synthetic DMARD plus bDMARDs which are in persistent clinical remission. The research question of this study is, whether musculoskeletal sonography is a useful biomarker predicting a disease flare after cessation of bDMARD therapy.
Safety and Efficacy of MK-8457 and Methotrexate (MTX) in Participants With Active Rheumatoid Arthritis...
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of MK-8457 + Methotrexate (MTX) in participants with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) despite MTX therapy. The primary hypothesis is that at least 1 dose of MK-8457 + MTX will be superior to placebo + MTX as measured by the percentage of participants who achieve American College of Rheumatology 20 (ACR 20) response after 12 weeks of treatment.
Long Term Safety Trial of z102 and Prednisone in Patients With Moderate to Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThis study will compare an experimental drug called Z102 (combination of prednisolone and dipyridamole, against prednisone 5mg and prednisone 7.5mg in patients with moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for a period of 52 weeks.
Randomised Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel Group Study in Patients With Active Rheumatoid...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThis is a sub-study of the OSKIRA-4 study, (D4300C0004, NCT01264770) to explore alternative and more sensitive modalities for measuring the beneficial effects of syk inhibition with fostamatinib in patients with active RA. This MRI sub-study was reported later than the main study due to recruitment delays at specialist imaging sites and so is registered and presented entirely separately to the main study results. This study will investigate the impact of treatment on joint activity and damage by assessing synovitis, osteitis, bone erosions and joint space narrowing.
Phase 1 Dose Escalating Study to Assess Safety, Tolerability, Food Effect and PK of CHR-5154 in...
ArthritisRheumatoidPrimary Objective: • To determine the safety and tolerability of single and multiple ascending oral doses of CHR-5154 in healthy volunteers. Secondary Objectives: To determine the pharmacokinetic profile of CHR-5154 and its metabolite CHR-5426. To compare the pharmacokinetic profile of CHR-5154 and CHR-5426 after a single dose of CHR-5154 in the fed and fasted state.
A Randomized, Placebo-controlled Phase II Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of...
Rheumatoid ArthritisA multicenter, randomized, parallel assignment, double blind, placebo-controlled, safety/efficacy phase II study of two different dosages of subcutaneous F8IL10 in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis receiving MTX.
A Rheumatoid Arthritis Study in Participants on a Background Treatment of Methotrexate
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe primary purpose of this study is to help answer if LY2127399 is safe and effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis while on a background treatment of methotrexate. This study is comprised of 3 periods: Period 1: 52-week blinded treatment Period 2: additional 48-week unblinded treatment Period 3: 48-week post-treatment follow-up
