A Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Re-treatments With Rituximab in Patients With Active Rheumatoid...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThis study will assess the long-term safety and efficacy of repeating treatment with MabThera, in combination with methotrexate and steroids, in patients who were previously randomized into MabThera study WA17042. The anticipated time on study treatment is until Mabthera is available on the local market and the target sample size is 100-500 individuals.
Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of GS-5745 in Subjects With Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid ArthritisThis study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of multiple infusions of GS-5745 in adults with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Participants will be randomized in a 4:1 ratio to receive 1 intravenous (IV) infusion of GS-5745 or placebo every 2 weeks, for a total of 3 IV infusions.
Repository Corticotropin Injection To Treat Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients Who Have Failed Three...
Rheumatoid ArthritisIt is hypothesized that repository corticotropin injection in combination with other biologic agents will be able to provide relief of both rheumatoid arthritis and acute exacerbations of rheumatoid arthritis for patients with disease that had inadequately responded to biologics previously.
A Study Investigating the Efficacy and Safety of ABT-494 Given With Methotrexate in Subjects With...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe primary objective is to compare the safety and efficacy of multiple doses of ABT-494 versus placebo in moderately to severely active RA subjects on stable background MTX therapy with inadequate response or intolerance to anti-TNF biologic therapy.
The Effect of Corticotrophin (ACTH) in Combination With Methotrexate in Newly Diagnosed Rheumatoid...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe purpose of the study is to evaluate the effect of the utilization of two doses of corticotrophin ( ACTH) as a treatment in patients with early onset rheumatoid arthritis as an alternative to conventional steroid therapy by evaluating the change from baseline in the clinical findings as well as the structural findings on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Corticotrophin (ACTH) may prevent the well documented structural progression damage in RA patients using disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) therapy alone.
To Evaluate Sarilumab - SAR153191 (REGN88) - Auto-injector Device In Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis...
RAPrimary Objective: To collect real-use data of the sarilumab auto-injector device (AID) used by rheumatoid arthritis (RA) participants. Secondary Objective: To compare the pharmacokinetic (PK) exposure of sarilumab administered by AID versus prefilled syringes (PFS).
The Efficacy and Safety of Fang yi Qing Feng Shi Granules in Subjects With Rheumatoid Arthritis...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fang yi qing Feng shi granules in subjects with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
A Study Comparing Sirukumab (CNTO 136) Monotherapy With Adalimumab (HUMIRA®) Monotherapy in the...
ArthritisRheumatoidThe primary objective is to investigate the efficacy of sirukumab monotherapy compared with adalimumab monotherapy in biologic naïve subjects with active rheumatoid arthritis who are intolerant to methotrexate, who are considered inappropriate for treatment with methotrexate or who are inadequate responders to methotrexate.
Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Assessment of Therapeutic Response of Tofacitinib in Rheumatoid Arthritis...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThis proposal will evaluate if musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) measures or multi-biomarker disease activity (MBDA) improve in patients treated with tofacitinib over 3 months, and whether early MSUS measures/MBDA can predict response to therapy.
A Study to Compare Upadacitinib (ABT-494) to Placebo in Adults With Rheumatoid Arthritis on Stable...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe study objective of Period 1 (Day 1 to Week 24) is to compare the safety and efficacy of upadacitinib 30 mg once daily (QD) and 15 mg QD versus placebo for the treatment of signs and symptoms of participants with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who are on a stable dose of csDMARDs and had an inadequate response to or intolerance to at least 1 bDMARD. The study objective of Period 2 (Week 24 to Week 260) is to evaluate the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of upadacitinib 15 mg QD and 30 mg QD in participants with RA who completed Period 1.
