This prospective, post marketing, observational, Noninterventional Study (NIS) is designed to compare drug persistence in patients treated with Certolizumab Pegol (CZP) and patients treated with any other subcutaneously (sc) administered Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) inhibitor.

The main objective is to assess Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) according to physical function, as measured by a specific Questionnaire (Health Assessment Questionnaire), in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) patients who begin therapy with subcutaneous Anti-Tumour Necrosis Factor alpha (TNFα) Certolizumab Pegol (CZP).

This multicenter, prospective, observational study will assess the efficacy of MabThera/Rituxan (rituximab) and alternative TNF-inhibitors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis who are non-responders or intolerant to a single previous TNF-inhibitor. Data will be collected from each patient from the time of change in biologic therapy for 12 months.

This prospective, multi-center, observational study will evaluate the efficacy and the safety of MabThera (rituximab) in participants with rheumatoid arthritis who have not responded or have been intolerant to a first anti-TNF alpha therapy. Participants have commenced MabThera or an alternative anti-TNF alpha treatment as a second biological therapy. Data will be collected for 12 months.

The purpose of this trial is to assess the effect of two Intensive Outpatient Management Strategies (IOMS) versus Routine Care (RC) on the outcomes of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) that are treated with adalimumab. This is a multi-center, randomized, controlled, parallel group, single (patient) blind trial. A total of 300 patients (100 per group) with RA will be recruited from approximately 40 sites across Canada.

Rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis patients benefit from anti-TNF-α therapy, once it is effective in reducing joint and skin manifestations in 60-70% of patients with inflammatory articular joint and skin diseases. Thus, identifying the presence and amount of TNF-α in the joint or skin in these patients may help in guiding the course of treatment more efficiently. The investigators research group has developed a novel approach to label anti-TNF-α with technetium-99m. Here the investigators compare the results obtained with scintigraphy and MRI in rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis. The 99mTc-anti-TNF-α scintigraphy might recognize the molecule involved in the inflammatory process and provide crucial information to help physicians taking decisions about the drugs to be used based on biological evidence and which are cost-effective and appropriate for the treatment of choice. It allows direct identification of the monoclonal antibody anti-TNF-α in the articular joints and skin while it also ensures that the drug has reached its therapeutic target. It also allows correlation between the presence of the drug and clinical responses.

This study is valuable for the understanding the role of DNA repair system plays in the progression of rheumatoid arthritis and for the development of new therapeutic modality in the future.

An observational, non-interventional study on social, economic and quality-of-life outcomes of Adalimumab use in participants with moderate to severe active Rheumatoid Arthritis.

This observational study will assess the efficacy and safety of combination of rituximab (MabThera) and methotrexate in participants with active refractory rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have failed to respond to a single course of anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) therapy in routine clinical practice. Data will be collected from participants for 12 months after the first dose of rituximab or a minimum of 6 months following a rituximab re-treatment course.

The objective of this surveillance is to determine the following items in all patients receiving Enbrel for a certain period after marketing: 1) unlabeled adverse events, 2) onset (frequency, severity and other details) of adverse events, 3) factors considered to affect the safety, and 4) the efficacy of Enbrel. Moreover, the onset (frequency, severity and other details) of the followings will be key issues of this surveillance:Infection (tuberculosis, opportunistic infection, etc.), autoimmune diseases, cardiac failure, malignant tumor, interstitial pneumonia, demyelinating disorders, pancytopenia, aplastic anemia and application site reactions.
