Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic and disabling disease. tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a) inhibitors have demonstrated an outstanding performance in relieving joint inflammation and retarding bone erosion involved in RA. However, there is still about one-thirds of RA patients had a poor response to TNF α inhibitors. The Investigators hope to discover prediction protein with a domestic genetic background and finally establish prediction system with Chinese characteristics.

The purpose of the study is to assess whether a 6-month treatment with adalimumab added on the treatment with conventional antirheumatic drugs (DMARD) will decrease the number of days on sick leave compared to placebo. In addition, the cost-effectiveness and cost-utility of the intervention compared to the conventional treatment is evaluated, and the patients who benefit most are characterized.

Pharmacokinetic properties, efficacy, safety and tolerability of RGB-03 and MabThera will be compared in patients suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis.

In Israel, data is lacking regarding the long-term effectiveness of Adalimumab in outpatient real life setting. Moreover, the association between long-term effectiveness of Adalimumab and patients' functional status as well as cultural aspects of sick leaves and visits to physician's clinics has not been demonstrated in this population. This study will collect the required data in real life settings.

This observational study will evaluate the use and efficacy of RoActemra/Actemra (tocilizumab) in monotherapy in routine clinical practice in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Eligible patients initiated on RoActemra/Actemra treatment according to the approved label will be followed for 6 months.
